We were very happy with the service received from T.H. Oliver with our 16 year old water heater. Darren and Terry replaced the water heater in a morning. Very professional, office staff were great, answered any questions and Terry came back on Sunday to make sure the heater was working. Have used T.H. I can not say enough about he young man who performed the duct cleaning in our house. I believe his name was Graham. He was on time and did an amazing job. Over the years I have had several other companies perform this service and to me Graham went above and beyond what the other companies did. In addition he was very personable, pleasant, easy to talk to and explained what he was doing and why. I would definitely use him again without hesitation.Answer from pro:

We recently had to replace our furnace after using it for 21 years. I reached out to Oliver Heating and spoke to Elise, who was fantastic and arranged for Steve to visit and evaluate our needs. The installation of the new furnace was done by the company to a high standard. During the process, their team of technicians worked diligently to ensure that everything was done correctly. We were impressed by their meticulousness and their willingness to go above and beyond to complete the installation, including cleaning up and removing all old equipment to our satisfaction. Moreover, when looking for a company to handle such an important task, you want to be sure that you're dealing with a reputable business that won't take advantage of you and offer a fair price for their services. We can confirm that we found exactly that with Oliver Heating. Their commitment to providing excellent service and fair pricing was evident from the moment we contacted them. TH Oliver helped me choose and install Aprilaire Model 400M (manual control) whole-house humidifier. All of my questions were promptly answered, including technical questions about installing in the system with an UV light, which required contacting the manufacturer. The price was reasonable and installation was flawless - some manufacturer-provided components were replaced with better quality ones to give additional peace of mind and the emergency drain line was also installed. After operating the humidifier for a few weeks I've decided to set the humidity level between "30" and "35" to minimize amount of condensation on windows (I unfortunately only have double-pane windows). I use the ecobee thermostat and wish it supported both an HRV and a humidifier without custom components. Automatic operation of the humidifier to make the level more comfortable when it's not too cold outside is the only improvement I want, but the manufacturer's own automatic control wasn't too convincing. TH Oliver advised to go with manual, less expensive control while smart thermostats catch up. Thanks again TH Oliver Team!Answer from pro:

We recently had a problem with our furnace and called TH Oliver. As always they responded, found the problem. They provided professional, courteous and efficient service as they always have. We have used this company for years for our Heating and cooling issues. They even installed a gas fireplace in our house for us. We highly recommend this family owned, local company.Answer from pro:

Due to a failing 20 year old heater and twice-repaired air conditioner system, I was left in an HVAC bind for my home as the winter approached. Oliver Heating and Cooling was able to work with me within my schedule and also helped make things right when complications arose. They helped us get all the ducts cleaned, and supplied and retrofitted a new Daikin high-efficiency stage 2 furnace and Daikin 2 Ton AC unit (12 year warranty on parts and labour!) -- it feels as if it moves air faster, warmer, and all so much more quieter by comparison! The cleaning and install teams were professional, expertly knew exactly what they needed to do and took care of everything. They even took the time to explain things and share their experiences. Thank you to Elise and team for continuing to keep me and family safe and comfortably hot and cool! Highly recommended and if speed-dial was still a thing, it would be Oliver's Heating & Cooling!Answer from pro:
