    Air Conditioner

    Was very happy with this company from the time I called and spoke to Elise to set an appointment, She was very kind and pleasant. to my serviceman Sam who arrived at appointed time and answered all my questions that concerned me, now enjoying a cool home and quiet A/C will be letting my friend know about your Company.     Heating & Air Conditioning service

    Elise, thanks so much for dispatching someone so quickly to get my A/C up and running. I am regularly impressed with the high level of service provided by TH Oliver. From you (answering my email @ 10:30pm last night) to the office calling me early this morning to book an appointment, to the technician that comes in, remembers me from last time and quickly assesses and repairs the problem. It is refreshing to deal with a company that appreciates my business as much your company does and is always prepared to provide exceptional service. Thanks again,

    Heating Service

    Furnace replacement, salesman knew his stuff clearly and explain everything. Furnace installers were polite and did a great installation job. The water heater guys were in the following week and commented how good the furnace installation was.

    Heating and air conditioning

    After much research, we contacted Oliver heating and a/c and asked for a quote, they were prompt and knowledgeable and very helpful with regards to our needs. They installed the h.v.a.c. in a timely fashion and were very professional. We would highly recommend this company, as they were very easy and friendly to deal with.

    Furnace and Air Conditioning Service

    I have used Oliver Heating & Cooling annually over the past 20 years to clean and maintain both my furnace and air condtioner. I have always been greatful for the prompt and professional service. I have recommended this company to many of my friends and family members who have also become long time Oliver customers.

    Furnace Fixed

    Our Carrier furnace was not heating the house to the thermostat setting. The thermostat was set to 72 F but the house was only 60 F. I changed the thermostat, the air filter, cleaned the hoses and the water trap. The water trap was filled with rusty mud. I also checked the air intakes and the exhaust. And still the house was not warm enough. I called Oliver Heating. Aaron was sent out to do a diagnostic for $139. That is the after 6pm diagnostic price. My house was cold and as night fell, it was on its way to being colder. He arrived and got the furnace working again. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He said that even though there was a high carbon monoxide reading outside the house at the flu, there was no need to be concerned of CO in the house because of all the fail safes installed in the furnace. He also informed me that I needed a new heat exchanger. He said that the secondary heat exchanger was rusting and that the rust was preventing the flow of the gas through the exchanger. The estimated cost for the labour was $655.40 and the part was free. I like free. He said that I could wait, but I should take care of it soon. I called Oliver to order the part, it was installed and now I have more heat in this house then ever before. Good Job Aaron and Darren.

    New Furnace Estimate

    I would NOT recommend anyone use this company. They claim to be in business for a very long time however their staff is not knowledgeable. I needed a new furnace and when they came to my home for an estimate for a high efficiency furnace they told me I did not need a two pipe system - his exact words were "lets see if the boys can do that when the install is getting done" Every other estimate I received I was informed for a high efficiency furnace you need two pipes - 1 to draw the air in and the other to draw the air out. My assumption regarding this was either he does not know what he is doing or second they wanted to save costs by not doing a proper job. Their quote was also higher then others for the same exact product, model and they said two pipes is a must and will make it happen. STAY AWAY.

    Thank you for your valued feedback. In every installation there are a lot of variables based on the very different applications in every home. Unfortunately in your case our salesman was simply pointing out that since your basement was completely finished around the furnace room that it was going to be a difficult task to get both intake and exhaust vents routed to the outside wall without a lot of post construction for you. I cannot comment on what other sales people may have been seeing differently than us but I can assure you that we do many furnace installations every season and always insist on the best practices in every situation based on what is or is not possible. We prefer to be upfront with our customers before the installation occurs in an effort to not have any surprises on install day. I am hoping your installation went as planned for you.

    AC not working

    My husband and I noticed that our home was very warm in spite of the AC being on. We decided to take a further look into our AC and noticed our fan was not working. We called Carrier and they recommended we call a dealer and of them was Oliver. we called them yesterday late afternoon and already they were first thing in the morning. The worker they sent over was very nice and answered all our questions. He was very thorough and was done in 20mins overall and that included all the other AC checks as well. Thank you so much!
