Reply created 27 Oct 2012We're sorry that your experience with having your Blomberg dishwasher serviced under our Performance Protection Plan was not a good one. With any protection plan there are exclusions. Unfortunately our plan does not cover any part that does not prevent the operation of the unit. I hope this experience will not sway you from purchasing from Tasco in the future.
Reply created 27 Oct 2012We're sorry that there was a backorder issue with your stove. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the manufacturers when it comes to the delivery of our stock. When it comes to our pricing, It is up to Tasco's discretion to implement pricing strategies. We hope this experience will not persuade you from shopping with us in the future.
Reply created 27 Oct 2012Our shipping department conducts courtesy calls to every customer who places an order with Tasco. These courtesy calls allows the customer the opportunity to advise us on when they would like their products delivered and helps us to ensure that the product will be delivered on time. We ask that the customer provides us with 4 weeks notice of when they would like the product delivered and 6-8 weeks notice for special orders. We are sorry that your experience was not a good one. We hope that it doesn't sway you from shopping with us in the future.

Reply created 17 Nov 2012Hi Shokur, Tasco is uncertain what warranty you are referring too either manufacturer's warranty or extended warranty. There is limitations unfortunately.
