    fridge and stove purchase and installation

    When purchasing a new fridge and stove for my home I dealt with Jeff, the most personable, professional and friendly sales person. He regularly went above and beyond what was called for. For example, when picking out a fridge he would look up reviews and ratings online and send them to me to make sure I got the product that worked best for my home. I wasn't sure what type of finish to get and he was always very quick to respond to my inquiries. Unfortunately when the fridge was delivered on a rainy Saturday it didn't come with legs and the stove was broken. There was also a pricing discrepancy on the invoice. When I tried calling Steve the Manager about these details he never responded. Thank goodness for Jeff who upgraded my stove because the one requested was on back order. I also want to recommend the installation team of men who were incredibly nice. I would give Jeff a 17 out of 10 and will definitely recommend him to others.

    delivered appliances

    I heard about Tasco through their ads and a recommendation from a friend. I was very pleased with their sales and delivery service and will recommend them in the future.

    Wolf range

    My Wolf range came broken. The sales agent at Tasco no longer dealt with me, but passed me onto service. That felt like he was just in it for the sale, not to be helpful. Service sent out a repair company, he couldn't fix it, but would come back. I have had to call service 3 times and finally called Wolf who is arranging it for me now. We have encountered this poor customer service through the Tasco service centre numerous times, with different appliances. The Tasco service rep who I was dealing with called and left me a message, saying if I didn't hear from the repair company by the end of the week, to call her and she would follow up. It's two weeks til Christmas, I would think they would try a little harder to get my range up and running. Do not expect exceptional service when something goes wrong at Tasco.

    Home renovation - new kitchen appliances

    We are very unhappy with Tasco Mississauga. Feel ripped off. After spending over $30000 on appliances, they wanted an additional $300 "administration fee" to process financing. They also did not inform us that for delivery and installation there would be a $900 fee. On the day the appliances arrived, there were no handles. Turns out those cost extra and no one mentioned that either. Our appliances were panel ready, but that was not included on the work order so the installers would not do the work. When buying high end appliances like Wolf and Sub Zero, there should NOT be these headaches. Would never use Tasco again. Wish we had bought from a different company.

    Kitchen Appliances

    Everything was fine with Tasco, the whole transaction went quite smoothly. They delivered the appliances promptly, exactly when I wanted them, and even held them for me until I was ready to receive them in my home. Recommended.

    Many Appliances

    We had a few appliances delivered to us by Tasco in September. The men who brought them to us were nice, personable and respectful of our home and it was a great experience. After the fact one of the appliances broke down and the manufacturer was being very unreasonable about helping. We thought to call Tasco and they were amazingly helpful to us, to the point where they had us a new unit within a week of contact. While I wouldn't buy from that particular manufacturer again, I would certainly use Tasco again in a heartbeat.

    5 Appliances

    I am writing a review to thank Tasco for being stand-up guys. After I gave them an order for $11K worth of kitchen appliances, I had to cancel our order because our home was accepted to be featured on a home-reno show, where they provide the appliances directly. Tasco returned my full $1000 deposit. No admin fee. No whining. No hassle. I respect that and would like others to know. Thanks Tasco. These days it's not often you get treated with respect.

    This is from the Dufferine store

    I purchased all my appliances for my mom and the selection and the installation went as scheduled. The appliance have been working well and no service call has been done since installation. The workers were reliable and helpful with answering my mom's questions. The delivery was on time and nothing was damaged during the setting up of the appliances. Thank you Dorothy

    Kitchen appliances

    We purchased a Jenn Air fridge, dishwasher and Wolf stove from Tasco. We also purchased a dishwasher/dryer. Friendly service and considerate of our renovations timelines. They were able to delay delivery of our kitchen appliances for several months!

    Bar Fridges

    I dealt with Tony Volpone to purchase two bar fridges for our business. He was very helpful and prompt when I had some concerns. I am very happy with the product, however we would prefer to have tap locks on the fridges and wish we would have known that this was not an option beforehand, but all things considered we would definitely work with this company again.
