    Kitchen appliances

    Very expensive Kitchen appliance purchased. Was told this was top quality and premium brand. After less than half a year of usage, the appliance broke down. Tasco couldn't care less, as long as they have closed the sale and taken your money. Tasco is unethical and a poor excuse for business practices. They do not stand behind their products and you cannot trust them. Tasco has no integrity, they will sell you anything as long as they can make a dollar. Shame on them, this is a company that needs to go out of business. Consumers need to be protected from Tasco.

    Oven, Washer/Drier,

    Thinking of Tasco? STOP! We purchased a number of expensive items from Tasco a few years ago. The worst mistake we ever made. Once they had our money they could care less. Items arrived damaged and missing parts and the service was abysmal. The extended warranty is a scam - best give that a wide berth. In our case it was used against us to delay replacing equiptment. Please do not buy from this store, you will just want to shoot yourself if you EVER need service!

    liebherr fridge

    I bought a fridge from Tasco and I am very satisfied with it. When they dropped it off the workers were very helpful and installed it for me. I recommend Tasco because i had no problems with them.

    Tasco Customer Service

    Purchased all our kitchen appliances from Tasco with a few items on back order. The back order items never arrived. After pursuing Tasco for weeks, we decided to show up to the store. The store manager was rude, aggressive and frankly outright crass. She kicked us out of her office and told us to leave the store. The appliance rep was had a look of amazement at her approach to customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

    Hi There, There are times that a customer may purcahse a product that becomes on back order and Tasco relies on the manufacturer and don't have control over what the manufacturer produces. We are at the mercy. Having said that as a consumer you do have the option to reselect to another appliance which may have been in stock. We value your concerns and thank you for your comments.

    appliance store

    Great selection of mid to high-end products. Had to purchase a number of items for our home and they were able to bundle the purchase and add an additional discount for us. Purchase process was quick and easy.

    APPLIANCES

    I bought $30,000.00 worth of appliances from TASCO richmondhill. The coffee machine was defective when delivered. I asked them to repare it they came three times within a month and ordered the wrong part, then they never came back to fix it. If they deal like this with regular customers as builders like me, can you imagine how they do with others.

    Kitchen Aid Appliances: Built in Fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, wall oven beverage fridge

    I purchased new appliances from Tasco in November 2010 for my kitchen renovation. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable of all appliances and promotions at the time to help me make my choice. They provided the best price on the appliances and the most aggressive pricing on the 5 year extended warranty as well. The one criticism that I will have is there knowledge of exhaust fans. I would say that Tasco doesn't carry the latest exhaust fans on the market and does not really know the new features that they have. When going to Tasco, puchase only appliances and source the exhaust fan somewhere else. However, all appliances were delivered on-time and Tasco laid down protectors on the floor where it was necessary...well done Tasco!!!

    Microwave-Oven Combo

    I had a very bad experience with Tasco. I bought a few appliances from them and right from the start I had problems with the Microwave-Oven from JennAir. I called Tasco and they did nothing to help me. They do not have any weight with the manufacturers, their customer service is very poor . I even got in touch with their manager and for a while she never return my calls or emails. It took me 6 months and over 20 calls to solve the problem. I will never buy an appliance from Tasco again and will never recommend this store to anybody. Go to Sears they can get you any brand and if there is any problem you get much faster resolution. A very dissatisfied customer.

    It is unfortunate that you have had a serivce related issue so early into owning your new microwave from Jenn air. Should it have occured? Absolutely not. Each appliance that we sell comes with a manufacturer's warranty which Tasco does not hold, in your case Whirlpool Canada. We are sorry that this occured.

    Purchase of 5 appliances

    Peter is our sales rep and he's very responsive and helpful. He gave us the best price and the best service. The showroom is a bit small and old, compared to the tasco on kingston road. For us, it's ok as we know what we need.

    Fridge, Gas Range, Dishwahser, Washer & Dryer

    We bought the KitchenAid line for our kitchen appliance and Samsung laundry set. Great products by far. I like the way that the showroom has a pretty full stock display for customers to browse around. The salesperson was more interested to sell a product quickly than to provide helful answers to inquiry.
