Excellent move. We were moving from 2 separate addresses to one in Halton. The experience was good from the start from Mark’s quote till the last box was unloaded. Sean and his crew of movers were professional, polite, courteous and quick. Our closing on our purchased home was delayed but the dispatch team (I believe names were Kimberly/Chris) were very accommodating and helped alleviate the stress of the situation. I highly recommend Taylor Moving (Burlington) and would definitely use them again.

I made a 5 page list of moving companies for moving to the U.S. Some were "shipping" companies charging triple the rate. Some were questionable. They might charge less but you may never see your stuff again! Some were big companies that wouldn't touch an apartment size move. Tawny knows the border crossing process thoroughly. Everything was clearly laid out & explained. Even instructions were sent on how to fill out the paperwork. Constant communication with updates. The drivers/movers were amazingly good! Even my new neighbours were watching & commented how quick & careful they were. Everything arrived earlier than expected! Out of a LITERAL 5 page list of options Taylor was THE best choice. This was above & beyond "just doing a job"! Thank you!!!

We were very pleased with Taylor moving when we decided to sell our home and relocate. We are not that experienced at picking up and moving after being in the same place for 25 years, but fortunately they know what they are doing. We found the office staff patient ,helpful and communication was so easy that we could just send off a text if we needed extra picture boxes and things for the crew to bring on moving day. They showed up on time , and all the crew was fantastic, well prepared, and a real pleasure to deal with. It is evident they take pride in the equipment and trucks, so I’m of the thinking if they take care of their own stuff hopefully you’ll look after mine too. Our moving cost includes storage services while our new house is under construction

Rick Taylor and his team are a step above the rest! Very polite, professional and understanding of my personal items. They handled everything with the care and attention that far exceeded my expectations. This is my second move and on both occasions Rick and his team always provided too service. There is no other moving company but Taylor!

A pleasant experience all around. Taylor had a comptetitive quote and when I called to discuss the details they really stood out as a company willing to work with their customers to meet their specific needs. My move involved several months warehouse storage while my new home was being renovated (essentially 2 moves). It also involved a big heavy piano, lots of artwork, antique furniture, big wordropes, etc. They coached me through the prep process, provided boxes and on move out and move in days (the dates were several months apart), they did a great job overall. They even came back 6 months later to reposition my piano at no charge! They only damage was my big screen TV, which they replaced new without any quetions withing 2 days. I was really impressed. Great service overall. This is my 6th move and it went better than all the previous movers we had used in past. Way to go Team Taylor!

I set up my house move from Hamilton to a Woodbridge storage facility recently. The company prior to my move was very communicative and friendly. The 3 movers were lovely gentlemen and very quick with minimal damage to the unit concerning some complicated items to move. They treated most of my items with care and consideration also. The cost was very reasonable. I would 100% recommend!

We moved a short distance, within Burlington. They were rushed, left items behind them left without telling us. Upon unpacking there are many items destroyed. Irreplaceable tea set, Royal Doulton figures.. No longer available! Named after my Grandmother. It was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. I'm heartbroken. We're asked them to wear masks.. They put then on to enter three house then took then off. No shoe covering! Not what I expected at all!!!

I used Taylor for a move and storage as well. An antique chair was damaged when items from storage were recently delivered to me. It was repaired without hesitation and returned promptly. My experience with Taylor from the original move, during storage and then the final delivery of stored items has been entirely satisfactory. I would highly recommend Taylor Moving and Storage to anyone requiring that type of service.

Special thank you to Troy, Adam, Mitch, Brandon, Cory, and Justin for packing, and moving us to our new home in Niagara-on-the-Lake. My mother-in-law died in April in Florida. Her personal possessions where to be divided between my husband and his brother with some things to be given to my children. Due to the COVID situation and my husband's medical problems, no one from Canada could go. Taylor supplied a local mover to pack up the china and glassware and move everything to Hamilton. A perfect move with no hiccups.
