Note: Cost is not accurate, as my company paid for the services. Taylor Moving and Storage arranged the shipment of my goods from [a different] storage facility in Toronto to Los Angeles. I was unsure how my goods would get across the border but my contact, Kim, was incredible! She provided, and was available to assist with, all of the paperwork needed so that when the driver was ready to cross he had everything. The driver picked up and packed all of my things from my storage unit in Toronto, and arranged delivery with me in Los Angeles a day ahead of schedule! The delivery was seamless - Gord and his team were swift and careful with my belonging. They were in and out within an hour! The entire time both Kim, and the driver Gord, were readily available to answer all of my questions and kept me updated on delivery status. I cannot speak to value for price, as it was all arranged and paid for by my company.

Great movers for packing and moving, locally and long distance. Crews are friendly, careful and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend Taylor Moving and Storage for a local or long distance move.

From start to finish, Taylor was accommodating on every level. Everyone that I interacted with was extremely friendly and reassuring (something that is so necessary during a stressful move). The estimate tool was very helpful. I have yet to pay but I was very happy with my estimated cost. On moving day the team arrived exactly when they said they would, and same for drop off day (which was exactly one week from when the things were picked up). I moved from the USA to Canada, and I was very worried about the cross-border move, but Taylor handled everything with absolutely no issues. All of my belongings were taken care of during the move, and I couldn't be happier! Thanks so much for a seamless transition. I would definitely hire Taylor for any future moves that I might have.

Best move ever! Robbie, Alex and Alex were friendly, efficient, helpful, careful and considerate. I was very worried about moving during this pandemic because I am at fairly high risk, but they did everything possible to keep me safe. I had hand sanitizer and masks, but they brought their own and WORE them! Robbie's mask broke at one point and he was very concerned about my safety so he asked for one of the additional masks right away. They laid down floor matting everywhere and were careful not to ding the walls. Alex noticed that a chair arm was a bit wobbly and ensured me that they would take extra care. Robiie made sure that everything went in the correct place and that I was happy with where they put things. He put the bed back together and the china closet shelves in - something the last movers did not do! They were efficient and finished on time, so the estimate was spot on. I highly recommend this firm and would definitely use them again - something I hope to never have to do:)

My experience started with me opening my door and seeing the driver jumping out of his seat and introducing himself and co-worker. After a few minutes they came in for a walk through, then the driver turned to me and said you don’t have much here would you like your things delivered today. For me that was a 3 already, then they went about their job very professional and friendly too which is a plus in my book. They were quick , efficient and by noon they were ready to leave. We I got to my new home they were there quickly unloading, just about 3 hours or so everything was where it was labeled to be and they were ready to leave. Quick, prompt and very professional, I give them a 10 and would definitely recommend Taylor moving to my friend.

Had a great experience moving with Taylor. Our moving crew arrived right on time, were friendly and easygoing, and worked carefully and quickly. Can't say enough good things about them. Thanks to Kingsley, Robbie, Ben and Shane for making our moving day stress-free!

On time. Efficient. Pleasant. Experienced. Accommodating. Our move, during a renovation, could've been very stressful, but the Taylor team really made the day stress free and everything went very smooth, even the packers the day before, who packed half the kitchen and wall pictures. Definitely recommend them and would use them again!

Tyler and his crew arrived on time and ready to work. They handled everything with care and were very efficient. They had us packed and moved in 5hrs. Very impressed.

Great service friendly movers. They take care of your things. Shrink wrapped and blanketed my coffee table. Its linoleum but insisted they take care of it. Personable and communicative. Would definitely recommend.

Professional team were punctual, polite and very easy to deal with throughout the whole process. They helped to manage our international move from Australia with no issues and answered all our questions along the way.
