The Tender Touch moving crew was great! They were both friendly and efficient. Thanks to Pedro and the crew for making our move a smooth one! I would highly recommend them to friends and family!

To start, this was our second move with Tender Touch and we were very happy with the work they did on our first move back in 2010. They were worked quick, and were very courteous. Our second mover however did not go so well. Once the again the guys doing the moving were fast and efficient the problems began when we got to our new place. During the move the driver for tender touch ended up damaging some property which was caught on tape by building security, whatever, during a move these things happen, that's what moving insurance is for, which we purchased from tender touch, or so we thought. Of course we had to pay condo corp. for damage ourselves and then get reimbursed from Tender Touch. Well 5 months later and after numerous phone calls and messages to Maria we still have received no compensation. Which is sad considering the rating this company has. I guess to sum it all up: Movers are great, but if any of your things get damaged, good luck getting reimbursed for it!

I moved with Tender Touch this past Friday (February 28th) and my biggest concern involved an extra pick-up I asked them to do, of a heavy sofabed that wouldn't fit in my previous unit, so it was being stored at my mother's apartment. I was worried that the sofabed wouldn't fit through the regular hallways of my new unit and would have to be hoisted over the balcony. Pedro and his team of two (Peter and Cole) were excellent. They were friendly, professional and courteous, and Pedro showed superior leadership skills by communicating effectively with his crew, giving instruction when needed and planning out how to move the sofabed into my unit. Whereas I thought there was no possible way that this piece of furniture would fit through the front door, Pedro took it as a personal challenge to see it done and avoid the more costly and time-consuming hoist. And they did it. I was so impressed and so pleased with their efforts and their professionalism. These guys were worth EVERY cent and I will definitely call Tender Touch Moving again.

Tender Touch was recommended to me by a friend. I was very happy with the service. I used them for packing as well. The guys worked a long 12 hour day to get all my belongings moved to a smaller house without complaint. Even after the long day they took the time to reassemble the furniture and help with placement in the new place. They made what could have been a very stressful day much less so. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great communication from the beginning - Clara accomodated my schedule and kept me in the loop. Very reliable and punctual team, no big surprises in cost or time, put furniture back together and moved things around as requested. No scratches to our furniture or the house. Everything you want in a moving company.

This review is waaay overdue (Sorry Tender Touch!) but we want to share our wonderful experience with Maria, Jason and their crew that moved us from Toronto to New York City in Feb 2012. Not only were the moving crew on time, but the packing process was carried out very professionally and meticulously. Maria was always available on email and on the phone and even when there were additional checks at the border, they did all they can to keep to the agreed timelines, even if it meant communicating with us at 11pm through midnight to ask for the additional documentation we needed to provide! I don't think there would be very many movers who would show that level of commitment anywhere in the world, working through the night, beyond the call of duty. They helped us set up so professionally over in New York and when they left, we felt a little homesick for the Canadian warmth (!) they took with them. We would use them again any day for any moves we do in the future - cross border or within Ontario. Thank you guys for everything.

They did a great job with moving my home across the city. It was my first big move for a family of 6 and we were very concerned about how it will go. it went very smooth, they were kind and considerate about our needs during the whole move. I will recommend them again!

Renovating our condo and wanted to move furniture to our son's new home in Oakville. One of the best moves ever. Pedro was super professional and the work was performed quickly, efficiently and on time. We have moved over 15 times and I would say that Tender Touch Moving in the top 3.

Three men were very professional, fast and treated our property with respect. This was a move from a Condo to a 2 storey house across the GTA. Overall, very happy with the service we received.
