A very good move with Tender Touch. The preliminary information from the office was excellent. The movers showed up on time, were friendly and everything was as advertised. The job took about as long as estimated. They are certainly not the cheapest but it was worth the extra. One minor thing is that they charged me $6 for using some packing tape, which seemed a bit petty when I had spent $600 on the move. Overall I would recommend them for a stress-free move.

I searched for a month before picking TenderTouch. I was not disappointed. From getting estimates, to booking, to moving, everything was excellent. My move took an hour less than the estimate, and they did not try to pad it. The office always answered my many questions leading to the move. The movers were excellent and very personable. They were more careful with my old furniture than I ever was. I would pick them again for sure.

I have nothing but good things to say about Tender Touch Moving. The online estimate form was comprehensive, and turned out to be dead accurate. I got prompt, personalized answers to my email queries. And then, when the guys came to do my move, it was total professionalism from start to finish. They treated my possessions as if they were their own - or better. Anything even remotely breakable was treated carefully, and they were particularly impressive about taking care of our large, heavy items, like a very big TV. At the end of the day, there wasn't a scratch on anything. I want to also note that there wasn't a minute of downtime with these guys. No hour-padding at all. We had cold drinks for them (it was a very hot day, and we had lots of stairs they had to climb), and they barely even paused for beverages. In fact, we had to insist that they stop for a bit so we could give them some burgers to eat. We had found them by word of mouth on the internet, so it's only fair I do my bit to help someone else do the same. Absolute thumbs-up for this company from me. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to use them again.
