Great people to deal with. Visit to my house didn't even result in any work due to missing components in the fireplace. They didn't charge me and also guided me and made me aware of the bylaws and regulations. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I called The Chimney Company and spoke to Bill in August to get a quote to fix my chimney as the bricks were loose and I'm not sure what needed to be done. Bill came over the next day and after taking a look at what's wrong, provided a very reasonable quote to tear down and rebuild the chimney. I engaged his team to do the work and he scheduled the work in early Sept. His team did an excellent job, did a very professional and cleaned up after the work was done. Bill came by to check the work and also the fireplace inside the house. I realized that I have not had the fireplace clean for many years. His crew came back today to clean fireplace. Bill also showed me how to use the fireplace properly. I'm very happy with the work and will not hesitate to recommend The Chimney company to anyone. It is obvious that they care about their work and their customers.

I called The Chimney Company and Bill answered his phone promptly. Obtained estimate very quickly. Bill and his team did a fantastic job in rebuilding the chimney and replacing the 9 window sills. We were very happy with their professionalism, workmanship and meticulous work and reasonable price. They left the work site everyday clean and orderly. The brick work was severely deteriorated below two of our windows. I called Bill at The Chimney Company because of the great work he had done for us in the past, replacing our chimney. Bill recommended a very affordable and a longer lasting solution to our masonry problem. Bill and his crew were fast, efficient and friendly and left the work place spotless. I would highly recommend Bill for any masonry or chimney work that anyone needs to be done.

I would highly recommend this company. When I called for a date for a quote, Bill was working in the area and came within the hour. Assessed the situation accurately and said I did not need to replace my whole chimney as suggested by others. Came and found that I had only 3 feet of lining in my furnace flue. This had caused a 3 year condensation problem to an inner wall. Came within 7 days and fixed the problem with a new flue.

We just took out our fireplace and needed our chimney capped. Bill came out today and I've never met a more honest guy. Would highly recommend and would use him again.

From the beginning I was impressed with Bill (the owner). He is very knowledgeable, personable, professional, and truly loves what he does. He and his team rebuilt my chimney and put in a liner to prevent smoke from coming into the house (which was the issue I'd called him about). The quality of their work is second to none. Clearly everyone on the crew cares and are excellent at what they do. In short, the work was done on time, within budget (which was more than fair given the amount of time and work required), with exceptional quality, and they even added in a few extras which I hadn't anticipated. Bill and his crew did an excellent job rebuilding our chimney. They did exactly what we were quoted for. Bill arrived quickly to give an estimate on replacing some bricks in my chimney that were flaking due to severe water damage. He and his crew are hard workers and dealt with difficult working conditions (large number of wasps) without complaint. During the course of the repair, an unknown problem was identified, and Bill provided a number of options to resolve it with absolutely no pressure. The worksite was tidied when they left for the day, and very clean when they left. In fact, my patio was cleaner after they left, than when they arrived! They matched my difficult bricks, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will not hesitate to continue to use them to clean my chimney and have already recommended them to others.
