The Chimney Company did a beautiful extensive repair job. Bill was professional and business-like. He responded to my request for a quote quickly. provided a reasonable price and came when he said he would. The two helpers were pleasant and acted in a professional way. Most pleased

We had Bill come and quote on a few things around the house. He was on time, returned all emails and phone calls and took his time explaining things in detail. He came and re-bricked the fireplace making sure not to make a mess. The work was excellent, the house was left spotless. As a very picky person, I was extremely happy with all dealings with Bill. I have now booked him to do my window sills and chimney. You don't need to look any further.

When we moved into our new home we knew we needed our chimney repaired. After doing a google search we found Bill and the Chimney Company. We appreciated Bill's straight forward and honest approach. He didn't try to snow us with extra work but was direct with us that he may not have time to get the work done before the frost came. In the end he was able to come and fix the chimney which was a great surprise! We are very happy with the work and would recommend The Chimney Company with no reservations!

a few years ago Bill rebuilt our chimney and has been returning each year to inspect and clean it. He responds in a timely fashion to emails, follows up with an appointment, shows up on time, does the work required and cleans up after. I would strongly recommend him.

We received 3 bids. The Chimney Co was in the middle in price. But the way that they defined the scope of work was a lot more comprehensive and made us realize that they absolutely know what they're doing. They started the work exactly on the day they said and finished early. The workmanship is beautiful and there was no scope creep or additional costs. 100% happy.

I was forced to rebuild my chimney by my insurance company. Bill contacted the insurance company, assured them he was going to rebuild it, and issued the quote direct to them. This allowed me to continue to have regulare coverage, as they were about to cancel the house insurance. When he began the project, he had quoted me for a liner as well - he called from the roof and told me I did not need to replace it, and the price he quoted was lowered by the amount of the material he did not use. This speaks directly to his integrity, and honesty. I would recommend Bill to anyone who needs a chimney repair.

I was told that I neeeded a new chimney and was gathering estimates and lucky for me Bill was one of the ones I called. He came by to look at my chimney and told me it was still fine for a couple of more years. Bill could have easily told me otherwise but he was honest and that is a rare trait (especially in the trades). I wish he did other work as I would hire him in a heartbeat. He also took time to take a look at some other work I had planned on getting done and even though that is not what he does he kindly shared his thoughts and advised that I too could hold off on some of the other projects. Bill has integrety and if anyone needs their chimney fixed Bill is the person you want. Thanks Bill for coming by today It was a real pleasure meeting you. Incredibly happy with the whole job! Bill & his crew do excellent work and are extremely pleasant to have around. Always good natured and polite, even in the extreme heat, and always took the time to answer any questions along the way. I would recommend them anytime ! ( And actually already have! )
