Another great job by The Chimney Company! Bill and his crew did a beautiful job of rebricking our home where we had re-routed vents as part of a renovation. I cannot even tell where they replaced the bricks. Seemless work and complete clean up after. The Chimney Company also replaced the brick course under our windows, which was collecting water. We now have attractive and functional masonry which looks like it was part of the original construction. We first used The Chimney Company years ago when we had to rebuild and cap our chimney. Their work is consistently superior, provided in a friendly and professional manner, and at a fair price. I cannot recommend them more highly. Thanks Bill!

My fireplace chimney was was rusted and split at the seam. After calling several contractors, was told they did not repair or replace metal chimneys. I finally found Bill on Homestars, and after he asked me a few questions he knew exactly what he was dealing with. Bill showed up on a Saturday morning, which was the only free day I had. I asked him what my legal options were going about taking off the chimney. He explained to me exactly what he could do, and after quoting me a price, which I found to be very fair, he proceeded to do the work. Bill finished, removing, sealing, capping the chimney and cleaning up in under an hour. I have to say that Bill is a thorough gentleman and a very honest and reliable tradesman. My chimney had a large blockage, was missing tiles and had no rain cap so a racoon had got inside. Bill fixed everything and it looks like new; I can't believe the difference in the before and after pictures. He was a pleasure to deal with - it was just a small job so he fit me in around larger jobs but kept me posted as to when he would be able to do it (we kept being rained out). I would not hesitate to recommend him to others or to use him again.

Bill installed a chimney liner for me in January and came back in May to rebuild my crumbling chimney. I had no idea what was involved, and he patiently walked me through the process and quickly responded to my emails and calls. He was friendly and accommodating which I really appreciated. Bill and his crew arrived on time and worked hard, taking care to ensure that the entire area was covered and protected while they worked. In the end, I had a brand new beautiful chimney which was closely colour-matched to the existing bricks. They also left the area clean and spotless. Bill and his crew were exceptional in every way, and truly wonderful to work with. The cost for all the work they did was also very reasonable. Bill is a true craftsman who takes pride in his work and he won't leave until everything is just perfect. I feel lucky that I found him, and I would highly recommend him to all my friends and neighbours!

We first saw Bill and his crew rebuilding a chimney in our neighborhood, and was quite impressed by his work. After reading the many positive reviews in Homestars, we decided to contact Bill for an estimate to rebuild our chimney; which needed to be taken care of badly. Bill was very quick to respond and provide us with a written estimate which clearly outlined the work he will do. The price was very reasonable too. On the day of the scheduled appointment, we had an appointment to attend to in the morning, so we were not there to receive Bill and his crew. Yet by the time we returned (about one and half hour later), they had already set up everything nicely and systemically (they carefully covered the lawn; the surrounding ground and the air conditioner etc), and were already taking down the chimney. Bill and his crew worked professionally and diligently, and were able to finish everything on schedule. The end product was great; and Bill and his crew gave us a beautiful, brand new chimney; which we received compliment from our neighbors. The crew did a very good clean up job afterwards as well. All in all; we are extremely happy with Bill and his crew, and we have definitely made the right choice in going with Bill and the Chimney Company. We would not hesitate to recommend Bill to anyone who needs to have any chimney work done; large or small. Once again; thank you Bill for a job well done.

I needed someone who was trustorthy, honest and a professional, Bill ticked all of the boxes. Safety is Bill's priority and his walk through on the issues faced is realistic with a solution on how to resolve the issue . After getting 3 quotes from various companies, I went with the Chimney Co. due to the high ratings already on this site, and the reasonable price that Bill quoted. The job involved a complete tear-down and re-build of a residential chimney. I was at work when Bill and his crew came to do the job, and when I got home I was amazed when I saw that everything had been completed to perfection, and I couldn't even tell they had been there, my yard was spotless. If you have a chimney re-build or repair that needs to be done, the Chimney Co. should be your choice, I highly recommend them.
