I have to say that Dan did a phenomenal job when he came to our place. He arrived right on time and started right away. We had to do everything from fixing our ceiling, installing a chandelier, to plumbing and electrical issues. He said it would take about 8 hours and he was done in 6. Great price, great service, and would recommend him to anyone else.

Dan is the best Handyman I've ever employed - he was quick and efficient and did a first rate job. As soon as I identified a problem, he came up with a solution and I'm very happy with the result. He's far superior to other handymen. I'd have no problem recommending him to others, and I'd call him first for any job that comes up. He will do just about anything!

Dan is very personal and professional. He arrives promptly and completes the job to perfection. He spots additional little things and fixes them quickly. When the job is done, Dan cleans up so that you'd never known he was there, except that your home looks that much better. He goes the extra mile to provide excellent service and we would definitely use him again. For us he tiled our basement bathroom floor, fixed a hole in the wall, painted, affixed a new mailbox and installed a new front door handle.

We decided to use Dan after reading all the mainly positive reviews we had read. True to his word Dan committed to a specific day and time to begin the work in our house, sure enough he showed up right on time with all the tools he needed and soon after began to get to work. We wanted Dan to do a number of odd jobs in our kitchen, for instance: -Installing new Appliances, he connected our dishwasher, fridge and stove. We had even purchased a range-microwave to be put in where Dan did a pretty good job of installing and doing all the electrical work that was needed. -Another task we had Dan complete was installing a kitchen back splash. Took the normal 2 days to complete (Day 1 tile, Day 2 grout). Looks pretty good in our kitchen and we're pretty happy with the way it came out. -We had also asked Dan to fix some other minor things, install an extra shelf in our pantry, also fix a "shakey" kitchen counter and also hang a 40lbs mirror in our dining area, which looks really great and positioned perfectly. Even though we thought these jobs took a bit longer than we initially assumed, overall I would say that our experience with Dan has been positive and would recommend to others to consider him for any odd-jobs they need done.

We called Dan to repair some ceiling drywall damaged by a water leak and to install an extra light in the basement laundryroom. Dan charges by the hour, yet works very fast. The drywall work was done very well - we can't even tell that there had been a repair, and the extra basement light was completely installed in under 20 minutes. We are very happy, and will definitely call Dan again for any other repairs.

Nice guy, he was right on time, and a quick worker. Good communication skills, came with all the right tools and materials. Had some good ideas for future projects.

I find the handyman Dan to be a fantastic trouble shooter and prompt, professional and proactive. He doesn't waste any time finding solutions to the problem, and is very reliable. I would recommend him for any job large or small. I am really happy someone recommended him to me.

I feel bad - I should have written this review LONG AGO! I called Dan after I read about him on this site and I couldn't have been happier with him. He's not only a great guy who arrives ON TIME, he does superb work and I would not hesitate to call him again. I refer him to everyone and anyone that I can! We had some framing work that needed doing, so I called Dan. We'd used Dan's services before and were very happy with his work. So much so that I've been referring him all over the city. Maybe a bit too much - now he's so busy you have to book months in advance! :-) He's that good!! Never to be one to let you down, Dan sent over his man Robbie who did a great job for us as well. Thanks guys!

Dan is a great guy to have work for you. He's very prompt with getting back to me when I had questions. He's a very busy guy but was able to accomodate to our needs right away. He sure is a very dependable guy. We were very worried that we werent' going to get our toilet repaired on time before our visitors arrived but thanks to The Handyman Dan he made our toilet running like brand new!!!! He's superb!! 5 Stars Service.

Dan helped me by patching a hole that some squirrels were getting into. He came on time and provided excellent service. Would use him again! In fact I had to when the squirrels came back...
