    window and screen door installed

    I hired Thermobilt to install a window and screen door in my home and was satisfied with the service provided. They were easy to work with, coming to my home and doing all the measurements, etc. required and all the while sticking to projected timelines. A small problem arose with the screen door that had been installed, but they came back within a day of my contacting them and fixed the problem with no issues.

    replacement of windows

    I used Thermobilt to replace all of the windows in my house about 6 years ago and was happier with the result, though the real impression was made more recently. After 6 years I had some problems with a couple of the windows, but couldn’t find my official receipt and only had a copy of the estimate they did for me originally. I was surprised that in only a matter of weeks they came back and replaced all of the windows with no hassle. They were very professional and punctual and I’m happy to say I have used them again.

    windows

    2 batches, first 5 windows very disappointed bc workers left a mess, bedding full of dust. changing windows on 3rd third, aluminum fell on first floor. 2nd time father and son came and did the rest- fantASTIC but a door was going to replace didn’t turn out. dealing with salesperson to a rectify. screens flimsy, but pretty happy, house warm.

    Three jobs

    I have used Thermobilt for 3 separate jobs and there’s a reason I keep coming back! I first hired them over 20 years ago to replace some windows in my bungalow and was impressed by their professionalism, prompt and friendly service as well as the finished product. I was so pleased that when 8 years ago I needed new windows in the living room and dining room I called again with the same result. Finally this past summer I called for a much smaller job and received the same impeccable service. It was very refreshing to see them give me the same time, care and appreciation for a small job as they did for the bigger jobs. I plan to use them again if I need to and have already recommended them to a neighbour.

    windows installed

    I hired Thermobilt to replace 1 broken window as well as install an additional 6 windows on my home. While they did a good job on the installation of the windows, I was not happy with the quality of the finish on the outside of the windows. As it happened, once I saw the job done by another company on my aluminum siding I had them re-finish the windows.

    windows installed

    I hired Thermobilt to install some windows in my home and am overall satisfied with the work that was done. Logistically, everything was great - they were clean, professional and punctual. Afterwards, however, I attempted to follow up on what had been discussed regarding the lifetime warranty and while they assured me that if they worked for us we were covered, but they also didn’t seem to have us on file, which left me a little disconcerted.

    install windows

    We hired Thermobilt to install some windows in our home and have come out with mixed feelings. Though we were overall happy with the workmanship and specifically the help received from Danny, we have had some problems since the job was completed. Unfortunately, one of the windows subsequently broke and it has been quite the hassle to get replaced. Though there has been much communication with the company since the summer when the issue arose, there is yet to be any resolution and I feel the whole process has been a bit of a rigmarole.

    front foor, patio back door

    I had Thermobilt install a back patio door as well as a front door after seeing their ad in a newsletter. The quality of the workmanship was satisfactory and I’m pleased with the results. I did, however, have an issue with the locks that were installed. Unfortunately, after several attempts and reassurance the locks have yet to be replaced.

    Vinyl Replacement Windows

    Thermo-Bilt installed 3 vinyl casement windows, replacing the drafty builders windows in my home. The new windows are of excellent quality and now that the cold weather has arrived, there are no drafts, making the room much warmer than before. The installers were very good, getting the job done quickly and expertly. The installation was a retrofit in the existing frames and they capped all existing wood window frames with vinyl, so the windows look really good from the street. I am extremely happy with both the quality and installation.
