I recently had Thermo-Bilt Windows & Doors install/replace my basement windows, patio door and front entrance door. I placed the order on September 12 and had it installed on November 19. It was done professionally and to perfection. The installers were courteous and skillful. The owner even dropped by to ensure the work was being done to my satisfaction. I was totally pleased. I have not had to call for post service, but am sure if they performed as they did, then hopefully their after service is as good.

We are very happy with the quality of the window products, as well as, the workmanship and service we received from Thermo-Bilt. We will be recommending them to our family and friends for any windows and door needs they might have. Thank you Thermo-Bilt!

I highly recommend Thermo-Built Window Industries. We had our entire house outfitted with new windows as well as a new door and storm door. Our rep Danny was great at taking the time to understand our needs and the installation team was excellent as well.

Had a Front Entry Door System purchased and installed by Thermo Bilt Windows & Doors. Their sales rep was very informative and the door was of very good quality. The door is very good looking and adds to the curb appeal of our house. During installation the owner of the company came by to make sure everything was going as promised, and it was. I would highly recommend this company.

Updated review: Have the company owner, Adrian, visited me today. He examined the door and window and called the technician to schedule a service visit to fix the window ASAP. He also agreed to replace the door slab, but besides this he tried to find the reason why the slab got rotten. By his suggestion, this could be caused by the crack in the brick wall above the window and he offered to send his brick specialist to fix this at reasonable price.. I think this is what the true customer service has to look like. If the company owner finds the time to check how they can help unsatisfied client to solve his problem, then this is a real proof that the company cares about the clients and own image. **** Original post: Thermo-built Installed 7 windows and 2 doors over 2 years ago. Soon after one door started closing poorly, then the casement window stopped locking and I recently found that considerable part of the door got rotten. Called the company over two weeks ago, it took them several days to find my file, then they requested to send them pictures of the defects, which I did the same hour. Called one week after to find out that they still were going to send my pictures to the manufacturer to submit the claim. The winter is coming and my window does not close and the new door is rotten. I asked for their promise to get it done within next week. Will keep you and other review sites and blogs posted about the progress. Currently I am fully unsatisfied but will be willing to change my feedback and satisfaction review if I receive prompt help and have the door replaced and window fixed.

We had all our windows and doors replaced in our semi-detached home. After finishing the job, there was one door frame that was less than perfect because there was a small gap where a piece of the door frame connected. When I let them know, the owner came by himself to fix it and we ended up having a lovely conversation over tea. Really great guy! Overall, the work done was excellent and we are thrilled with the quality of work and materials, and the excellent customer service. Our doors and windows are excellent and have made our home look beautiful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Thermo-Bilt installed five windows in my house and did an excellent job. The install went as expected – smoothly, with no problems. The windows were done about a year ago and are still working great.

I had windows and a door installed. The windows are great but the door has a crack in it and I’m still waiting to hear back from them to fix it. Four months ago when I originally phoned them about the issue they asked for a photo, so I sent them one and they said they would come and fix it, and I haven’t heard from them since. I understand that defects happen, but customer service has to be in place so that problems are solved quickly and consistently. They have no problem collecting money but they are definitely not timely in following up. Chances I’d recommend them? A three -- I must give them credit for good quality work and materials but the follow up has been so poor that it really changes my opinion of them. Overall experience? Five, not because they didn’t come and install, everything works, but the significant crack in the door jam is very disappointing.

They did good work. The installation ran smoothly and they were very professional. They did what they promised and on the day they said they would. 8 out of 10.
