    sliding glass door installation

    I used their service to install sliding glass doors in my home in the summer of 2012. I was very pleased with their level of service and the price point was comparable, if not cheaper than other companies. They did leave some dust on the floors but otherwise I would recommend them.

    5 Windows

    Thermo-Bilt did five windows in my house and did a good job. I found out about them through a neighborhood flyer, they came in and did and estimate and did the job for exactly what they quoted, cleaning up well in the process. It was like they were never here.

    Patio Door

    I contacted Thermo-Bilt upon deciding to replace the patio door in my home and am very happy with the work that they did. I've had no problems with them or their work at all, their company is very efficient.

    Installed Lots of Windows

    I've used Thermo-Bilt on both my old and new homes. I continue to use them for many reasons. I like that when I order something from them I get it exactly as ordered, their prices are competitive, their installers are great and that they finish the job within a reasonable time-frame. Also, recently we were missing weather-stripping on one of the jobs they did which they are fixing up for us, no problem.

    4 Windows

    We had a pamphlet from Thermo-Bilt delivered to our home and decided to give them a shot when replacing 4 windows. I'm glad we did as they did a very good job. The final price was as estimated, there were no problems whatsoever with their work and they were professional all the way through.

    Window replacement

    When I was looking to replace the windows on the back of my home this fall (9 windows), I did a great deal of research and comparision, this being my first experience. I decided to go with Thermo-Bilt based on the comfort level I felt with their product and expertise. The price quote I received was reasonable, and I felt that the product features that they explained to me were superior to rest. On the day of installation, the Thermo-Bilt team worked with an amazing efficiency, removing the old windows and putting in the new ones cleanly. I was amazed at both the speed of the operation and the professional look of the completed work. This being my first experience with a job like this, I was nervous, but I need not have been, as Thermo-Bilt lived up to all expectations. I am now heading into winter with no worries about those windows, and when I am ready to replace the windows in the rest of the house, it will be Thermo-Bilt that I call, no question. Thanks Thermo-Bilt!

    New windows

    We found thermo-bilt by accident, but are sure happy we did. Neil, our sales representative took the time to explain the difference between their windows and others available out there. We didn't think we'd be able to afford to replace all of our windows, but amazingly, the price they quoted us to do the whole house was great, and we decided to go ahead with it. The windows were fabricated to order, and installed within 3 weeks of our first meeting with Neil. The installers did a great job, spending 8 hours to replace our 10 windows. They took our old windows away, and did a great job of cleaning up after they were done also.

    Front Door and Patio Doors.

    On May 22, 2012, we had a new front door and new patio doors installed. After contancting and meeting with reps from a few companies, we chose Thermo-Bilt for the job. Neil was professional, friendly, knowledgable, and stayed in contact with us through the process. In addition, Neil quoted us with a very competitive price. Our front door was custom made, because we wanted a wider door without a side window. The other companies we contacted were unable to provide that. Also, we have steel security doors on the outside of the patio doors. Only Thermo-Bilt told us they would be able to remove them to install the new patio doors, then re-install them at the end. On the big day, Steve and another gentleman came and installed both the front door and the patio doors in one day. There was no fuss or attitude, and they arrived on time. They both did a fantastic job and the whole family is so happy with the new doors. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and friendly, and worked extremely well. We could not be more pleased with their work. The whole process from start to finish was wonderful, and we have already recommended Thermo-Bilt to some of our neighbours.

    Provided Storage services and van rental

    I've been telling people at the shelter to use them. Excellent customer service, very friendly, reliable. I would definitely recommend them. Very thorough, made sure you knew what you were signing in terms of the contract.

    installed new windows

    They replaced bedroom, kitchen and dining room windows. They worked very quickly, all five windows were done within a few hours. They were very pleasant, did not make a mess in the house, and they cleaned up and took everything way afterwards. I was very impressed. If I choose to have any more work done I will certainly call them.
