    Installed a new patio door

    They are very helpful at the office explaining different doors and that to us. They let us know when the foreman was coming to measure up the door, and he came in and was very good, and was good with our dog too..the fellas that came and installed it and were here early in the morning when they said they would, and they cleaned up after themselves really good too. They did a very good job.

    ReInstalled and removed 7 new windows

    First off, the salesman that came in was very professional, and seemed honest and straightforward as far as cost, etc. The next step, the foreman came in and measured everything very professionally and answered any questions I had and were very friendly and professional. I haven't had any problems yet, and I assume everything is alright.

    Windows

    My Parents had their windows done and they are really happy with the result. They are thankful with the salesperson too that they gave them the best recommendation on what windows will look best for the house. They recommend this company and if it is my turn to do my windows I will definitely consider Thermo-Bilt.

    Window purchase and installation

    Thermo-bilt  installed 5 windows at our house in August 2004. We were quite satisfied with the product and installation until last fall when we noticed signs of seal failure on the actual window.  We have a life time warranty on the windows so we contacted Thermo-bilt. According to Thermo-bilt, they were not able to find documentation that the warranty was properly registered at the time of purchase, and for that reason were not initially willing to honor the warranty. After several months of negotiations and the involvement of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) we had agreed to a compromise for a small installation fee. Thermo-bilt was then quick to schedule an appointment to measure and install new units replacing those where a seal failure had occurred.  Note that manufacturers generally only provide a 5 year warranty, so make sure to you are clear about the terms of the Life-Time Warranty and insist that Thermo-bilt provides you with confirmation that is has been registered.

    This is an unfortunate case where it seems the warranty was not registered with the manufacturer. It is true those windows have a manufacturers warranty but it must be registered within 60 days of purchase as stated on the warranty documents. We looked into this right away for this client and the factory did came back saying they don't have a registered warranty under this clients name or address. We do have a workmanship warranty but this is clearly not a workmanship issue and strictly a product issue. As a courtesy to this client we would like to offer as much of a discount as we can even though they are not covered. We do not deal with the original supplier of their windows any more and now have a far superior glass product that we can upgrade them to, which is the best glass product in North America. We always respond to all phone calls, if this customer could please call us as soon as possible we will offer them the best deal possible. We hope they understand our position in this case and we hope we can resolve this issue.

    New windows installed

    I just had new windows installed for my home by the team at Thermo-bilt windows, I don't generally give reviews online because I don't have the time but I felt obligated to do this because of the service and quality we received from Thermo-bilt windows. Robert is a great person to deal with and delivered his promise to us with the work that was performed. I had all of the windows in my home changed with exception of a bay window and the front door, which I was planning to do at a later date but I now might do it sooner if I can get the money to complete the look of my home's exterior. I recommend Thermo-bilt windows to the hard working home owner. Scott P. in Mississauga

    New windows installed

    I would definitely recommend this company as they were very prompt with having the work done quickly and efficiently. Did an excellent job on installing on the windows. Would recommend to all my family and friends

    window installed

    We had good experinece with thermobilt windows, window is better than my old one and good price. I like when they make no mess, this was good. We will call them again for sure!

    New Basement Windows

    We called thermobilt windows from the internet. As a new customer we were never reffered to them, but would like to refer them to anyone reading this. We did our homework on the internet including checking this site and were quite happy and pleased with the installation of our new basement windows. The quality and price were good too. I'd get more windows done from them in the future.

    New Door installation

    I had Thermo-bilt windows install a new front door at my home. The old one was there from the original builder and was pretty worn out i found the sales staff and service staff especially Stan to be very polite courteous and professional. I’m very happy with the way my new front door looks and i would recommend them to my friends and family any time. Alex B Streetsville

    Great work. Definitely recommend

    I hired this company a month ago and was very pleased with the work. They were on time and courteous and most importantly did a good job on the windows. I would definitely recommend them.
