Fantastic company! Quality windows installed (HomeTech) and workmanship was superb - very neat, excellent clean-up, wonderful after sales and installation follow-up. Work was completed ahead of schedule. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

*My Windows went in Oct 15th they are not finished yet !! 1 The capping on 2 exterior bedroom windows incomplete; they left the old capping on the bottom of these windows , from the original windows looks like crap work incomplete 2 Water leaking into house from living room window into the house in 2 places. Right hand side of trim they installed is all chewed up from their installation. Where they used nail gun they did not cover with filler like they are supposed to do. 3 They dropped my bedroom window before installation, there is damage to Right upper exterior corner of window frame ,due to them dropping this window it cracked all the seams to that window and now it has moisture building up inside the window. This window has to be removed and replaced with good window with no moisture inside 4 kitchen window was to have trim around the window! They pulled out part of the window frame.The piece of trim they put in to repair hole they made ,looks like crap and dose not even match the rest of the window(they realized after destroying original window sil that they could not put window trim in as my window frame was bigger than the trim they had! You think you would measure before you destroy something that they did not have right size to replace and they left the window not caulked around most of that window damage they did? 5 Laundry room window trim incomplete inside and caulking incomplete inside as well as outside not finished 6 Bathroom window inside they did not finish the caulking to repair the tile they damage on removal and installation of this window 7 Sliding door was supposed to be white I got a tan shade and was told I got upgraded I did not ask for this colour it dose not match the rest of the house! I was told to suck it up 8 Caulking not finished on all windows and sliding door on outside 9 Caulking in house incomplete on most of the windows I was all so told by the installers the to EXPECT DRAUGHTS as this is an old home Well if they had done the job properly I would not have any leaks / draughts With my old windows in I had no draughts now my house is colder and I have to put my heat up higher to keep house warm I had 8 windows and sliding door put in the installers took every short cut possible I had to constantly watch them and stop bad work from being done and that was not enough as you can see all the deficiencies they left me with and all I am getting is lip service and no work done to repair these problems The manager came over a month ago and said all of these deficiencies would be completed. I have been calling every week for service all I get is lip service and no completion of work and increasing heat bills because of bad workman ship. Do not use this company if you want good work done As of today I am still waiting for the windows to be completed . I call every week for the last month and a half all i get is lip service and no call back If you use this company you might as well through your money away

I contracted with Thermo Bilt to replace a few of my windows and patio door in my home and I am extremely pleased with the the quality of the product and especially of the work done by the installers. The whole process went smoothly and I am very happy I chose Thermo BIlt to help with this project.

I had Thermo-Bilt install my front door and they did an excellent job. My installer, Ramish was friendly and very professional. It was obvious that he has many years experience. We bought windows from Thermo-bilt a few years ago. Sales, installation and customer service at the time were all AWESOME!!!! We are now having serious issues with moisture in between the glass. Customer service in the last couple of years has deteriorated! They no longer provide even reasonable customer service. Phone calls and emails go unanswered. When you're spending thousands of dollars you expect that a company will live up to its warranties. Do not purchase from Thermo-Bilt unless you want to replace your windows twice, at your cost!

I was very pleased with the installation experience I had with Thermo-Bilt. I dealt with Slavko, who seemed to be a real professional. I had recommended the salesman Neil to meet with my brother in law who wanted his windows done. Overall, I'm a very happy customer.

We are very satisfied with our windows and patio door. The sales rep, Brian, who came to talk to us was very helpful explaining our options and the differences in the types of windows we could choose. The windows and door were manufactured within a few weeks and the installation team was fast and professional. We replaced almost every window, had a complicated cut-out and had the door replaced within two work days, and the team stayed to complete the job and clean up. When the manufacturer made an error with a part on our door, Thermobilt was quick to get it fixed. So far, all our windows and doors are working well and they look great. Multiple neighbours have asked for the company we used and we've already referred family to Thermobilt. For the price, quality and product and work guarantees, we are very pleased with the results.
