    all our windows

    we put windows on the entire house with a massive bough window in front...so far 6 of them are completely useless and a real eyesore in fact we cant see out of them.....have tried fro over 2 months to get some service on the defective products they sold us and now they are demanding $600 dollars as a service charge....we got the windows because my husband has been ill and we are close to retirement with only myself working.....it is not our fault Thermal Build put defective windows in the majority of our house ...they tried to get me to void my warranty by telling me to install the windows myself .....of course it would void my warranty and you can be sure more windows will be defective.....do yourself a favor and get your widows anywhere else as this company not only makes a poor product but don't stand by the warranty....which was the reason we dealt with them in the beginning!!!!!!!! we will see how they deal with CTV ....cant wait to see their defective product on the news....

    Windows replacment

    Very fast and efficient installation at reasonable price, starting from the sale rep all the way to the finish line. They delivered what have been promised and beyond. The quality of work is excellent as well!

    WINDOWS INSTALLATION

    To Whom It May Concern: Back in 2007 I had my main floor done with your windows. I was very happy with the installer and windows. Unfortunately the Argon Gas started to leak in the all the 5 windows that were installed. I called ThermoBilt Windows and explained what happened and they were very accommodating in helping me with this. On February 22, 2016 their installer came out and installed new panels of glass for these windows and all I had to pay was the labour for them which was pretty cheap. My second storey windows were also completed by Thermobilt in early February 2016 and very happy with the windows and the installers. I would and have recommended ThermoBilt to a few of our friends and aquaintances and I hope if they go through ThermoBilt they will be as happy as I am.

    Windows replacement

    We had all windows replaced in our home . We are delighted with the quality of the work, how the workmen conducted themselves and even the price was not as high as we anticipated. Overall, most impressed and we would be happy to endorse this company.

    Great Windows

    We are delighted with the quality of the windows supplied and the very professional, efficient installation process.We are glad that we place our order with them. We would recommend Thermo bilt without reservation.

    Windows replacement

    Having done a lot of research on replacement window companies I invited thermo-bilt windows and doors to come and show their product and quote for replacement of 15 windows. The entire experience was pleasant, with a sales person happy to explain and show without applying pressure, a realistic price. I would recommend Thermo Bilt windows. I was pleased with the work that has been done. The installer was polite and kept me informed all the way.

    Window and Front Door

    instillation of windows

    The gentleman that came to see the windows for replacement was very knowledgeable and explained that these windows were superior in may ways. The windows have insulated glass and with them being completely sealed units their efficiency is so much greater. The installers were very efficient and installed them quickly and neatly (cleaned up any mess that was made). Both my husband and I were shown how to open, remove the screens and to clean the windows along with the safety features. We have found the windows seem to keep the heat in more so we are using less heat. I would highly recommend these windows to others.

    Custom size & style front door

    I was going through a lot of companies online who is up for a challenge since the style and the size of the door I have is way larger and style is really hard to match. Thermo-Bilt took the job and gave me a very competitive price and the installation was amazing. I will definitely recommend this company because they are true to their words and they do not hesitate at all in helping me out even with small concerns that i have they will promptly respond. I would like to mention as well Robert for being accommodating and warm welcoming in answering all of my inquiries through out the process.

    Windows & Front Door

    I had amazing service from Thermo-Bilt and would highly recommend them. My sales person (Danny) was extremely knowledgeable and very informative. He gave me good advice and answered all my questions. The installation team were efficient, tidy and did an excellent job. Head office on Esna Park kept me informed on the schedule and were happy to answer any additional questions that I had. I am extremely happy with my 5 new windows - the quality is excellent - and I love my new front door! Thank you very much.
