The level of service was so disappointing I switched companies. I got delay after delay and was left with sitting water in my pool for almost 3 weeks. The competitor fixed the problem in 2 days.

Company was hired to open pool and fix green water. Didn't complete job. Did not show up on time. Did not advise of price and said they were going to send our bill to a collection agency, eventhough they didn't do the job they were hired for.
