Reply created 23 May 2014We are sorry about your unfortunate issues with your pump. This winter was very harsh on all pools and equipment regardless of brand, We do not manufacture the pumps but always try to assist our clients as much as possible. Your pump was installed in July 2011 and came with a one year Manufacturers Warranty. Being Two Years beyond the warranty expiration it was not possible to have it covered. We did offer a replacement at our cost but you chose not to take advantage of that. The Pentair Whisper Flo pump is one of the most widely used pool pump in North America and has an excellent record as does Pentair. It is extremely unfair of you to make such accusations and statements .
Reply created 23 May 2014It is difficult to respond without all the details. The pool was opened on the scheduled date and the technician returned to start the system. At this point the water level had not been raised and the electricity was not on for the pump therefore he was unable to do anything. It was rescheduled to be done once the client had the power turned on and the water level raised. The client called on a weekend and we returned on the Monday as our Technicians do not work on Sundays. I am sorry Tommy feels this way as we always strive to go the extra mile. We have attempted to contact him several times and have left messages but have not received a response.
