    Major Pool Renovation

    We had just purchased our new home in 2011 and was the first pool we owned. I knew going in that we would definitely need a lot of work done, that's when I met Dave and he also introduced me to Roy of Rosa and Rosa landscaping. Dave and his team were always professional, courteous, and true to their commitments. Dave never tried to oversell. He was upfront and honest on what I needed for my pool. He even made recommendations that lowered my costs. Extremely pleased by the work done by Total Tech Pools and their partners Rosa & Rosa Landscaping. Well done gentlemen!

    Liner, pump, filter

    The crew at total tech have been great. They have been very helpful at getting our pool looking great and running efficient. We have used them for our safety cover, liner, pump, and filter. We have also used them for the past couple years opening and closing our pool. Dave, Colin, and Garret have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. I look forward to using them in the years to come.

    pool equipment and service

    When we bought our house11 years ago we knew nothing about maintaining a pool or who to call on for help. Luckily for us the previous owners had used Total Tech Pools and passed on their contact information to us. Over the years Total Tech and their courteous staff have been readily available to answer our many questions and queries, even at their busiest times. We will continue to trust and recommend Total Tech to open, close, maintain and suggest solid solutions to our various pool needs. This fall we are planning an extensive backyard renovation and will consult with Dave and his technicians to make sure that everything is in good working order both above and below ground. After 11 years of good service I feel confident recommending this company giving it 10+ stars.

    Pool Service

    I would like to take this opportunity to send a sincere thank you to Dave and his crew/staff from Total Tech Pools for making our backyard dream come true. They were extremely knowledgeable, hard working and professional. We will be enjoying our pool for the 4th season this year. Openings and closings are done efficiently and quickly. The staff at Total Tech Pools are always available to answer any of our questions or to help ensure that our pool is running efficiently. My children enjoy coming into the store to get the water checked because everyone is so welcoming and they are always offered a frozen treat. As a family we also enjoy the annual Total Tech Sale & BBQ which is open to the entire Oakville community. This yearly event has great sales, fundraising for foundations and promotes community connections. I would highly recommend Total Tech Pools for their quality product and professionalism!     Pool service and maintenance

    We have been using Total Tech Pools since moving into our house (with an existing pool) five years ago. Dave Warren and his team are amazing. Over the past few years, we have basically installed a new pool (filter, pump, salt water system, liner and safety cover). Total Tech's pricing, customer service and support has been outstanding. Now we have a wonderful pool that is easy to manage and maintain.

    Various Pool / Spa over several years

    Have used this company for the past 15 years after switching from a less reliable and more expensive provider. The staff are always courteous and deliver quality service. Totally recommend their services --they have resolved any and all maintenance / repair problems that have cropped up over the years with both my Spa and pool . Unlike previous experiences I never felt I was being taken advantage of on over the top excessively expensive solutions. They deserve to be very successful.

    Pool Opening/Pump

    After being a loyal customer for many years, I purchased a Pentair pool pump from this company and after13 months of operation, it ceased. DO NOT buy Pentair products, use Hayward it lasted 10 years - not 3. The company was not helpful at resolving this issue with Pentair. Total Tech buy and sell on mass. Customer Service used excuses of the weather and moisture as to why the pump ceased - really can't they fess up they sell an inferior product?? How did the Hayward last 10 years? Answer me that :)

    We are sorry about your unfortunate issues with your pump. This winter was very harsh on all pools and equipment regardless of brand, We do not manufacture the pumps but always try to assist our clients as much as possible. Your pump was installed in July 2011 and came with a one year Manufacturers Warranty. Being Two Years beyond the warranty expiration it was not possible to have it covered. We did offer a replacement at our cost but you chose not to take advantage of that. The Pentair Whisper Flo pump is one of the most widely used pool pump in North America and has an excellent record as does Pentair. It is extremely unfair of you to make such accusations and statements .

    Pool Opening

    A good company is only as good as having reliable, trustworthy, and accountable crew members. We had booked for a pool opening. total tech pool indicated there were two parts: one to setup the pool and the other to start the pump. after the first part, which was delayed by one day from the original scheduled time, we attributed the reason to the rain. Then, I had scheduled again to start the pump and clarified this three times by calling and confirming the appointment day. Since they insisted they could not let us know what time they could come, we decided to stay at home to make sure we can see how the pump operates. As the appointment day ended, no one came. The next day, I called total tech to ask why no one came, one of the young lad indicated that someone did come. I asked for verification and they said that it was signed off on their check list. so I did a quick check and found that the pump had not been turned on nor were there any confirmation by the lad that the pump had a problem preventing the pump to start up. Basically, we paid in full for half of the service by a crew that was not trustworthy. we would definitely not recommend this company to anyone else.

    It is difficult to respond without all the details. The pool was opened on the scheduled date and the technician returned to start the system. At this point the water level had not been raised and the electricity was not on for the pump therefore he was unable to do anything. It was rescheduled to be done once the client had the power turned on and the water level raised. The client called on a weekend and we returned on the Monday as our Technicians do not work on Sundays. I am sorry Tommy feels this way as we always strive to go the extra mile. We have attempted to contact him several times and have left messages but have not received a response.

    Update Pool Equipment

    Garrett and Jordan recently installed a new Salt Generator for the pool. Great fast and proper install. Dave and his team have been providing service and products for 8 yrs. Knowledge staff and excellent service.

    Liner Replacement - Service

    My husband and I spend a lot of time in our garden in the summer, we really take pride in our perennial gardens and they do look beautiful. One problem in our oasis was our swimming pool, it was really starting to look awful and run down. A friend from Oakville recommended the services of Total Tech Pools to us and we decided to give them a shot. Boy are we glad we did...they showed up on time, performed the work in a timely fashion AND cleaned up after themselves! Our backyard is now complete thanks to the guys at Total Tech Pools.
