We had a new air conditioner installed recently (in our resale home). We realized that we needed to have an extra electrical connection installed in our electrical panel to get it working. Trademark electric responded to our contact call very quickly, and came over to inspect our panel the next evening. The work was done quickly and for a great price, and they went above and beyond (inspecting our air conditioning unit afterwards). Very pleased with Trademark!

We had one of the electricians come by and take care of the lighting in our backyard, removing broken ones and replacing outlets, etc. The work he did was fine. My only complaint was that he left all the garbage from the work for me to dispose of rather than taking it with, telling me that they didn't have the means of disposing it. I have done many renovations over the years but have never dealt with a contractor who asked me to get rid of their garbage. That request alone made them drop a notch or two when it comes to professionalism. But at least the work was adequate.

We chose Trademark to wire for a washer/dryer to our second level from the basement. We also need 2 x 240V lines wired to the kitchen for 2 European appliances. In the basement we added several new outlets and 4 potlights. 6 wireless dimmer switches also had to be installed throughout the house. Steve worked well and finished the job in 1.5 days, although I had to call them back to fix the 2 x 240V lines in the kitchen which did not work when we connected our appliances. They came back promptly and fixed the problem. Overall, we are happy with the work, and the team was very professional, courteous and hard-working. A couple days later we had to change a breaker which was not part of the above work – although it only took about 1 min, we were still charged the full $150 call out fee – which I though was excessive. Pleased with the work, but would hesitate to call them again.

Trademark did a superb job. My strongest impression is that Steve and Perry are really terrific people with a lot of integrity. That translates into professional, clean, timely and expert electrical work. Of course, they show up on time and clean up each day. We replaced wiring with minimal disruption. They have now done two projects for us that my wife and I are extremely pleased with. James

We chose Trademark to re-wire the upper half of our house - all bedrooms, hallways, bathrooms (incl. new ceiling fans etc.) and were not disappointed. After getting other estimates, Trademark stood out as being attentive to my requests, very good knowledge of the job, making helpful/valuable suggestions, and willing to work within my tight schedule to get the job done on time - including the Saturday of a long-weekend which was very much appreciated. We're very happy with the work, and the team was very professional, courteous and hard-working. Thanks for a job well done.

These guys went did a really, really good job. They stuck to their estimate ($$), even though our house might in the end have required slightly more work than they expected. Not only that, they did a few things I forgot to put in the quote -- no questions asked, and no extra charge! Most important was the pride they took in their work. The electrical boxes, panel work, and new outlets they installed were beautiful. One installation involved drilling/cutting into brick. B/c I intended to use lots of power from the source, they put in a dedicated line (when I expected them to piggyback off a nearby circuit), put in a massive 6-outlet panel (even though it took all that extra brick work), and finished it beautifully... and vacuumed up the mess! I was really, really impressed. Highly recommended.

Before working with Trademark, I never would have believed that there are construction guys this professional and conscientious. We recently bought a house that needed a service upgrade and the knob and tube replaced. Perry and his team were extremely reliable, thorough (Perry noticed things the other companies giving quotes missed), and very, very fast. They showed up when they said they would, and stayed until they were finished. They were also very careful and neat - they took steps to protect our floors and tidied up. They arranged an amazing plaster/drywall repair guy (the STUCCO ceiling looks BETTER than before they started) whose work was part of the quote, and took care of the electrical inspection. AND, they stuck to their quote to the dollar. We are extremely happy with them.

We were having problems with cars being vandalised in front of our house. We called Perry who advised us about outdoor lighting. The job involved installing lights either side of our garage, a dawn to dusk light and 3 low voltage spotlights in the tree in our front yard. Perry quickly gave us a price and ordered the necessary parts. His work was professional and friendly. He and his assistant cleaned up after installation and we are very pleased with his work. We highly recommend both Perry and Trademark.

I rarely give perfect scores, but this company went above the call of duty! Perry was very informative and provided great consultation when we were in the inquiry stage for our valance lighting and panel surge protector. We had a few concerns which Perry respected. His company was very professional to deal with and provided us with a detailed quotation. His secretary was responsive to all our correspondance. We could not ask for a better quality install! The ALICO xenon lights are wonderful! The installation costs came in slightly above average, but it pays for a quality job! I would not hesitate to deal with this company again.

I phone Trademark at 2pm, by 6pm they had someone around to my house who was professional and quick to resolve the issue. Cost was very reasonable. Great service in general, will be using for all my electrical needs in the future.
