After paying a contractor a lot of money to renovate our house, that contractor couldn't be bothered fix things that weren't properly done. So, we called Trademark Electric. Perry from Trademark came out to move a dining room light fixture and electrical outlet that had been improperly placed, and while he was doing this he found that our contractor installed the wrong kind of dimmer switch for the fixture. Perry listened carefully to our needs, was clean, careful and professional, and did a fantastic job. We were especially impressed by the time he took to make sure he did the job exactly the way we wanted. Since Perry had to make some holes in the ceiling and walls, he also brought a drywall repairman with him. The drywall repairman was also fantastic. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone.

Trademark Electric did several jobs for us recently - GFCI receptacles, pot light installation and repair of old flourescent light fixture. Everything was done with care and efficiency, and tons of patience with the challenges of an older home (special thanks to Steve!). Gina in the office is terrific too - very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful.

Before I found Perry and Trademark Electric, I had already talked with several electrical contractors. Most did not want to install the conduit and the meter in the requested location even though I spent several months negotiating with Toronto Hydro and then the ESA inspector, the location of the meter and the exact location where the service would connect to Hydro's wires. Two of these contractors, who had led me to believe they would do the work never got back to me with prices and when I chased after them several times, they bowed out, having wasted my time. Anyway, Perry did not shy away from the job. He called my contacts at Hydro and ESA as requested, before beginning the service upgrade. He performed the service upgrade, and other work, exactly as requested. He did a fantastic job, very neat and professional. He even straightened out some previously installed conduit. He did not rush and took the time needed to do the best job possible and listened to any concerns or requests along the way. When the connection crew from Hydro arrived to make the permanent connection, they even commented on the neat professional work. Thanks to Perry and Steve at Trademark for the job well done!

Perry and his crew at Trademark Electric came highly recommended by my plumber. From the first time I met Perry during the quoting process to now (4 months into our renovation), I have been nothing but impressed - and I am a very demanding customer! Perry and Steve always arrive on time and go above and beyond the call of duty to help us get through this summer renovation. I can recall one day when Perry and Steve stayed at my house in humid, sticky weather with no AC until after 9pm just so they could get the job done! I was amazed and am still grateful. Perry represents his company with dignity and professionalism. When we met, we walked around the house, discussing the electrical issues (our new insurance company wanted written proof that the electrical was updated, etc). Unlike other contractors I've met, Perry was honest with me and outlined my options. Within a few hours of our first meeting, Perry sent me an email, outlining the work we had discussed and how much it would cost. He also had written a letter to my insurance company! He then followed the email quote with a phone call to ensure I had received the email. Amazingly professional! Since then, Perry and Steve have completed work at our house every couple of weeks for about 4 months (as I'm writing this, Steve is updating the electrical in the garage). During the lowest point of our reno - when a horrible contractor installed the dishwasher improperly and flooded the house - Perry was there to help. He checked out the electrical panel that had been under a waterfall of water the night before and assured me that everything was safe. trademark came into to finish minor electrical work in kitchen that original contractor did not finish. They found the exact under cabinet electrical lighting we wanted (that the previous contractor said didn't exist). Installed the work in a very timely manner,. they were clean, efficient, friendly and stayed late to complete the job. They then came back to some exterior work and we had the same great experience. We have since recommended them to a number of friends who have all had great experience. Don't bother looking anywhere else, these are the guys you want to do your electrical work. Susan and Gordon

We purchased our first home in Toronto, and it was diagnosed to be wired almost 70% with knob-and-tube wiring. After we had decided to complete the re-wire job, Perry and crew provided a competitive quote and started work on-time. The crew is professional, clean, and experienced. Would definitely hire again for any new electrical jobs.

We recently hired Trademark Electric Co. Ltd., to upgrade our Electrical Panel as we are renovating our kitchen. Steve peformed the work and did an excellent job. The service from Trademark included making the arrangements for Enersource to remove and re-install the meter as well as the Inspector's visit after the work was completed but prior to the power being turned back on again. We would recommend Trademark to anyone and will be using them again to do further work for us.

Perry and his team, from the field to the Office they are Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Pries extremely reasonable and competitive, if you need Pot lights Installed. Can’t get better then Trademark Electric!
