Replaced a 30 year old furnace/AC system in our 100 year old house. Received 4 quotes and Eric, the owner of Ultra Built In Systems, was the most through and believable. His quote wasn’t the least expensive but provided the best value. His install duo were as efficient and knowledgeable as he was. Would highly recommend this company - it takes some research on behalf of the buyer in this very crowded HVAC world… they checked all of our boxes!!

I called Ultra for my yearly furnace cleaning/service and Paul found an issue with water in my pipes and very high carbon monoxide readings. I needed to replace the pipes because they’re not used anymore and I needed to replace the furnace. Eric was very transparent with pricing around 2 different companies and what they offer compensation wise along with specs for the furnace. I am very happy with the work that the men did with the pipe and furnace replacement. They were friendly and cleaned up after they were done as they had to cut a few holes into my ceiling bulkhead. Paul literally saved my life since the CO readings were off the charts when the heat was on. Luckily the weather was still mild so I wasn’t using heat too often. I will continue to work with Ultra as our relationship spans over 30 years and I always appreciate they’re work and candor.

In Sep 2020, I was searching for a heating and cooling contractor to replace my 18 years old systems. I did my research and decided to go with Trane model. Called few different contractors who tried to push products available to them so they can make higher margin. After reading positive reviews in Home stars, I dropped by Ultra Built-in Systems who are located closer to my home. Eric who was very professional and friendly, greeted me. He listened to me carefully to understand my needs and recommended with few different choices. I was able to pick the one which suited my budget. Since he didn’t have the AC model I was looking for, he quickly placed the order for me with Trane. He visited my place the next day to get the measurements and within next few days both furnace and AC were installed. The installation crew were very polite and possessed very good knowledge. Answered all my questions and also gave me a crash course about all the system controls. I waited a hole year to write this review because I wanted to make sure everything works fine during all four seasons. Happy to say all is good and we are enjoying the comfort. Because of the excellent experience I had with Ultra Built-in Systems, last week (Oct 2021) I contacted Eric again to purchase a water heater to replace my old rented unit. Again, as expected Ultra Built-in Systems delivered an excellent service and my unit was replaced very quickly. The installation crew was very professional too. They were thorough and cleaned up the work area before they left. Thank you Eric and team for the excellent service. We appreciate the hassle free service!

I did my home work by talking to several companies and priced deferent brand names. Ultra Built-System came on top with the price and installation time. I saved several hundreds dollars. The installation was done on my chosen time and convenience. Old equipment, cables and wiring removed neatly and the new system installed and tested on time. Every thing is working great. Excellent service, very detailed, explained all. Trane products appear substantial. Neighbours used two major players and nothing but complaints. The owners Eric and Paul, very communicative.
