    Very Honest

    My AC Drain wasn't draining correctly, causing there to be water in my basdement floor. I spoke with Eric , who rather than setting up a service appointment, suggested that I check and see if my unit is still under warranty, and if not he advised the drain was just plugged. This level of honesty is impressive, and it resulted me in having my issue fixed for free. Thank you Eric, should we ever have any HVAC issues we'll call you first!

    Furnace service and maintenance

    Great work. I forgot to service my furnace since I bought it. So it’s been years since it was serviced other than me changing the filters. They saw the thermostats hanging on for dear life to its wires and went the extra mile to fix the loose thermostat. They also made a note on the invoice the correct kind of filters for future reference.

    Air Conditioner Repair and Diagnostics

    Excellent craftmanship, customer service and care from Eric, Paul and their team! Paul took proper care and time with diagnosing the issue. Fixed the issue with my A/C, did not rush the job and saved me a few hundred in repair costs if I had gone with the other contractor. Eric is very passionate about this company, their brand and the work that goes behind maintaining a furnace/AC/HVAC etc. Thank you Ultra team for proving that there are trustworthy and caring people that take their job seriously and treat their clients with the utmost care.

    Furnace Replacement

    Our furnace was in dire need of replacement. Luckily we had Ultra come in and advise us of our options, as well as available manufacturer rebates. The furnace installation went as smoothly as could be! Thank you for your service and advice.

    Emergency AC Service

    We called because there was a leak overtop of our furnace and they answered right away and arrived in less than an hour. Paul was very pleasant and very knowledgeable and walked us through everything he was doing and what was causing the issue. Fixed it and cleaned up everything for us and gave us some maintenance tips before leaving. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend.

    New furnance, new air condition and new hot water tank

    Ultra has been amazing!! They are professional, really nice and respectful and they always do a great job. Eric has come to quote us for each project we’ve needed them for and I can say enough about how nice of a person he is. It truly makes a world of a difference to work with nice people. 2 years ago our furnace broke down, 1 year ago my hot water tank broke down and this year my ac unit broke down. ultra has fixed all three. We are extremely happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone. Joe Vieira

    Amazing experience from start to finish.
