I have been dealing with Ultra Built In Systems since 9 years as I have few properties . Owner is super nice person , very knowledgeable , no over selling or over billing . I will highly recommend this company.

Paul from Ultra built in system fix my Rinnai tankless water heater. When Other companies failed to do so.i were out of hot water for almost 4 weeks i had enercare in on few occasions they replace parts same problem enercare want me to take rental from them i called Rinnai they gave me Ultra built in system number i called them and Paul came and got the water heater working in a couple hours thank you Paul you did an excellent job for me.

Referred by a satisfied neighbor, approached Eric at Ultra (amongst other quotes) and straight off the bat, was very impressed by Eric who took the time to visit, ask questions, provide options and thereby, came up with the appropriate furnace / air-conditioner (humidifier) combo for our residence. Did not upsell. We sat back and were so impressed by the quick work executed by Zia for the 1 day installation of both products. Eric swiftly moved in to complete paperwork, registration and looked into a buy back scheme as our old/new was Carrier. All in all, a very commendable organization that has been in business for a long time and can rest assured will continue to do so, namely due to the great service and also its a 2nd generation business which speaks a lot to Eric's persevering efforts and quite endearing personality. a big ThumbsUp!

We had our furnace, air conditioner and water heater replaced all at once and Eric personally came to assess our needs and prescribe the most suitable solution. Installation was done quickly and professionally. When the air con malfiunctioned a few years later, the defect (evaporator fan) was fixed immediately and under warranty. We got the new tankless water heater by Rinnai and it has performed flawlessly. The efficiency the whole system we bought has resulted in lower operational cost oevrall. Thank you, Eric and team!

I received quotes from Enercare and reliance and Ultra -built in Systems for a Furnace, Air Conditioner and Humidifier. It was a pleasure working with the owner of Ultra-built in Systems Company of 33 years. Eric, came to do the quote and give me a detailed explanation of what was entailed to complete the installation. There was no high pressure sales push from him. The installers were fantastic- the arrived on time did their work and gave me a briefing on the sophisticated thermostat They cleaned up and took away all garbage. I certainly would recommend this Company.
