    Discussed new furnace and AC

    I know Eric for almost 30 years when he was setting up his new business. At that time he was a very energetic person and he sold me a Hoover Central Conditioning Unit and installed it at our place. He did a good job. Since then I have been dealing with him for getting few things fixed, which he promptly did, and bought a new furnace and an AC for about 15 years. They are still working but a report from another technician to consider replacing them. I went to see Eric to find out if it is really necessary. He looked at the report and advised me to not do it now as there is no urgency. That I found to be an honest advise from him, and accordingly I have decayed and any future purchase. Eric is a nice fellow and transparent in advising his clients.

    Furnace and AC

    I talked to several companies including Reliance and Enercare before finalizing with Ultra Built-in Systems. I not only found Ultra Built-in Systems professional but better priced than the competition – a rare combination. They gave me 10 year warranty on parts and labor, and their showroom made me feel confident that they are not a small contractor. Eric, the owner, not only educated me with the product offerings but advised me on what’s best for my house. I feel it helps to deal someone who can make decisions swiftly and you don’t get trapped in the marketing gimmick practised by other companies wherein the salesperson supposedly gets you a special deal from the manager.  I would highly recommend Eric, his installers and Ultra built-in systems.

    Air conditioner

    Was inquiring about a new AC as I thought my current one was undersized and inefficient. Eric from Ultra contacted me within 3 mins of registering at home depot. He came out, assessed the current unit and furnace. At end of day he determined that my current unit was properly sized and installed but just needed to be cleaned and maintained. He suggested how to do this myself. Because of Eric's honesty and expertise I will be saving money. We need more people like him. I will certainly consider doing future business with Eric and Ultra.

    Great work, Eric and his team are thorough professionals. Quality work, they beat all other quotes and left my place clean after job too.

    New Furnace

    Our furnace broke down and as usual our Home heating protection plan doesn’t cover Heat exchanger. I received almost 7 different quotes and by far the best price I received from Ultra Built-in Systems. Eric and his staff completed the job on time, professionally and everything was cleaned up after they finished the job. We are extremely pleased with the service and quality of work we received. We would recommend Ultra Buil-in Systems to anyone.

    New Furnace, Water Heater, A/C

    Eric is always great to deal with; helping us with the best solution for our home. My parents and uncle also used Ultra with fantastic results. For us our new equipment (furnace, tankless water heater, A/C, humidifier) was installed and operational less 3 days after our energy audit was completed! His installation team was friendly, hard-working and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend Ultra!

    New furnace and air conditioner

    Our furnace broke down on the coldest day of the year. It took us a week in the cold to decide which hvac company we would choose. We chose ultra zbuilt systems because Eric paid close attention to our questions and concerns. He understood that this is a big expense . Once the unit was installed he followed up to make sure we were ok. Thank you Eric! I will recommend you to friends and family!
