    New Sprinkler Installation

    Had my sprinkler system installed from Rick and his crew. Found them to be knowledgeable and very professional. I was very happy with the work and would definitely recommend Urban Lawn Sprinklers. Now looking forward to hot summer days!

    Lawn Sprinkler Install

    Rick and his crew did a fantastic job installing my lawn sprinklers. Quick and very professional job. Rick took the time to explain everything about the sprinkler system. Highly Recommended!

    Ssprinkler System

    Rick, George and his crew did a wonderful job of installing a sprinkler system for me on difficult terrain. The crew were on time and educated me with regard to the zones they set up for watering and showed me how to use the programming system. Would highly recommend this company for anyone's sprinkler needs.

    Lawn and Garden Bed Irrigation

    Rick and his crew did a fantastic, thorough and clean job at my residence. Rick even spent the time to teach us how to use the Hunter Control Panel and did a walk through all the zones. He explained what he did and why he did it and it all made practical sense. Rick even went out of his way to place topsoil on the sod where the irrigation lines were placed to help in a speedy sod recovery. I would highly recommend Rick and his crew to anyone who is looking for an irrigation company. Rick gets my two thumbs up for a totally customer service oriented company!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Lawn Sprinkler Installation

    Rick & crew did an outstanding job for us. This is our first sprinkler system and we're delighted. He took the time to explain everything to both of us. His crew worked quickly and efficiently. Very little evidence that an irrigation was installed! Highly recommended!

    Sprinkler system for front and backyard

    Fantastic experience with Rick. He is super responsive, listens to requests, did a quick and clean job. We have a large backyard and front so we found the cost very reasonable. We also had to adjust some heads after the fact and Rick, again, was very responsive. An absolute pleasure and definitely the exception among contractors!

    Complicated Setup

    This was by far not an easy setup. I had other people come in for quotes and simply walk away due to the complexity of the job. Not only did Rick solve the underlying problems of how to run the plumbing, he installed exactly what I was hoping for. Attention to detail and cleaned up after themselves. Hard working crew. I paid a little more to get the internet connected Pro Hunter series. Everything is controlled off my phone... Pure awesomeness.

    Opening of Irrigation System

    I love HOMESTARS! Yearly, we have repeatedly used the same companies for services such as lawn maintenance pool opening/closing and , lawn sprinkler opening/closing. I am tired of lackluster service from companies that expect your business. Decided to try someone new based on his Homestars ratings. I contacted Rick at Urban Lawn Sprinklers , set up a date and time. Rick kept his appointment even though it was raining. He thoroughly fine-tuned every single head on a large property and was ever so helpful! What a professional! 10 stars well deserved!

    I almost Gave Up...Until Urban

    I had almost given up on my sprinkler system. After 3 years of being completely screwed around by the sprinkler contractor I inherited when I bought my home (see my scathing review of Empire Green Lawn Sprinklers) I handed this terribly serviced system over to Rick and his amazing team at Urban Lawn Sprinklers. Well, after Rick's dedicated trouble shooting of the system, he was able to fix it completely and it is now running perfectly for the first time in as long as I have owned the home. Rick and his team is customer service orientated, and did everything they needed to do to make sure I was satisfied with the final results. I couldn't have asked for anything more from Urban Lawn Sprinklers and would recommend them to anyone!

    Sprinkler Repair

    Rick and team are honest and hardworking - unlike all of the other companies out there, if there is no work to do they will let you know immediately and send you off with a handshake and a smile. Would recommend to anyone. Our case: We moved to our new house 3 years ago and last year we asked one of the Big Companies to winterize our sprinkler system. $150 and 5 minutes later they were done. Fast forward 8 months, It was now time to open the system for the season and to my surprise, the system had no pressure, the valves started filling with water and water started to accumulate besides my foundation. For some strange reason the Big Company was calling me to see if I needed help opening the system so I became suspicious and called Rick at Urban Sprinklers. He was at my house the next day and immediately spotted how the other Company was trying to screw us. A couple of tweaks here and there, some advice for the future and the system was up and running in 10 minutes. Rick and team charged us ZERO for the visit, Zero for the help and Zero for the advice. Hard to find people like this these days. If you are wondering which was the big company it's Custom Lawn Sprinklers based out of Mississauga.
