Rick was amazing to work with right from the start. He came by for a quote, explained to us how a sprinkler system worked, told us the different options we could have and answered any questions we had with the greatest patience. Right away we could tell he valued his customers' input. He was also not pushy at all and encouraged us to get a few more quotes before getting back to him. This showed that he had great confidence in his work.
On the day Rick and his team came to do the installation, Rick came early in the morning and planned the final design of the system. Then he made sure to walk us through the entire process and the design before he started to address any concerns we may have. His team was very professional and did a great job.
After everything was done he walked us through each zone and asked if we were satisfied or not. I had a problem with the garden zone in the backyard as some plants were not getting enough water. Rick did not dismiss my concern at all and tried to switch to a bigger nozzle head to fix the problem. When I was still unsatisfied after the head was switched, he asked his team to add another head to the zone in order to water the plants to my satisfaction. I was very appreciative of the fact that he didn't try to dismiss my concern or to convince me that there was already enough water, instead he rectified the problem and made sure that I was satisfied. I also noticed how polite he was to his team and that really made an impression as well.
Overall the work done was great and Rick is a great pleasure to deal with, you can go wrong with Urban Lawn Sprinklers!
