Had a leaking water shutoff valve to my sprinkler system which allowed water to continue to seep to the zonal valves after they were winterized. Guess what, none of zones worked this spring. Rick's rate is fair but he diagnosed accurately and replaced only the necessary parts, therefore reduced my total repair cost. Other quotes were higher as I was told more parts need to be replaced. My sprinkler system is now up and running. I am very impressed with Rick's honesty as well as his rich experience in the sprinkler system.

10+++. Rick and his team are GREAT. I called Rick in early April for a quote, by the end of April the job was done. He is very professional, knowledgeable and cares. I had some “quirky” requirements that other companies weren’t really interested in solving, but Rick came up with several suggestions and made it work (8 grass and flower bed zones in total). The crew came when they said they would and did exactly as promised. But that’s not all. We were about to have a new deck installed and when I was speaking with Rick about our sprinkler needs, I mentioned that we would be having some fire features incorporated into the deck and that I was looking for someone to run and install natural gas lines under the deck before it was finished. Rick mentioned that he was a certified gas fitter and that he would be happy to help, which he did. Rick also has a certified electrician on staff who helped us with some re-location of outlets on our new deck. Talk about one stop shopping. Rick and Urban Lawn Sprinklers are really the BEST. You won’t be disappointed.

After meeting Rick a couple of weeks ago, I immediately knew he was very knowledgeable and experienced at the service he provides. Rick and his team installed a sprinkler system last week that suits my needs perfectly and it was done in a very timely manner. His customer service skills go beyond what is necessary and that goes a long way. Being a Realtor myself I understand the importance of listening to your clients and delivering on their needs. I found urban lawn on home stars, with out hesitation after reading a couple reviews I call Rick. And he came to my rescue, was unable to make it at the first appointment but he called in advance to reschedule. Rick came we spoke and it felt like I have known him for several years, he give me his quote I was happy with the cost. I didn't even check for a second estimator. I can't say enough terrific things about my experience with Urban Lawn Sprinklers. Rick quickly identified the problem, fixed it perfectly and practically babysat my three-year old while he was doing it. He also gave me a discount! Really fabulous service!

Rick was very prompt and easy to book a appointment with on the phone within a couple of hours he was at my place. When he got there he was very knowledgeable and very honest in his service and never tried to up sell his services. He made us feel like we knew him for years and could really trust him. He was unlike any other service tech. I had ever met. Best service and very honest guy. Very happy we met him and will keep his services for life and always recommend him to friends and family.

Urban Lawn Sprinklers did a great job. When I met Rick, he was very professional. He explained what he would be doing and how it would work and I felt comfortable with his knowledge of what he was selling. I got 4 quotes for the my lawn sprinkler system, and Rick was not the least and not the most out of the 4, but he was definitely the most knowledgeable and explained to me what I was getting for the price he gave me. When Rick and his crew showed up to my home for the install, they came on the date they told me and on time and they had all the proper equipment to perform the job at had. When they were done they cleaned up and explained to me what was done and how to use my new system. My sprinklers are working great and my grass looks amazing.
