Vince and Rick as well as their staff were very professional, with positive encounter and on-time. We discussed the cost with Vince and found him very reasonable re: cost. They did a great job. We really appreciate their work. Well-done!

These guys came over and turned on my sprinkler system for no more than 2 minutes from the box in the ground. They insisted it would not turn on from the grarage because the rain guage was turning it off. I asked to please check the rain guage and they refused insisting it was working since the system would not come on. I paid them for supposedly opening up the system (their rates are no cheaper than what is out there). Since my sprinkler is still not working, I went to the box in the ground to check only to find all the wires hanging loose and even the rain guage is not connected. That's when I realized I had been scamed by these crooks!!!! If they can sleep at night then good for them!

ive had a sprinkler system for 4years now and ever year whichever company comes to do it seems to never do it right, 1 year when i opened my system nothing seemed to be working, called a company to fix it and it cost me 400$, the following year when i called someone they charged me 150$ and they were there for an hour because they said that my system needed to be upgraded next year to make it easier to winterize, this year i called urban and nothing but good things!!!!!!!!!!!!!! very fair price, they were done in good time, and they also took the time to walk around with me and explain how my system works, where my boxes were and what i need to do to have it set up for winterizing, and what i need to do to open up my system. i have finally found the perfect sprinkler company to come do work at my house, definitely recommended to anyone who needs a sprinkler system or anyone who needs serviving etc..... great job boys and thank you!!!!! looking forward to seeing you next year

In these times, you would want a contractor to provide the quality and service you pay for. Urban Lawn Sprinklers did just that. From the initial meeting to discuss the scope of work to the overall installation and finished product, they demonstrated professionalism and dedication. This goes for the seasonal opening and closing of the lines as well.

Can't say much but if you look at my lawn you would be speechless also, like a golf course. They explained everything from start to finish, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys

We had a sprinkler system installed from another company last year. The system has never worked properly from day 1, when I called the company that installed it they told me that I needed 4 new heads and a new valve. I was very disappointed considering we just bought the system last year. I decided to call another company to get another opinion. When I called Urban I spoke with Vince. I briefly explained the problem I was having and we setup a day for him to come by. When he came over he spent about 30min and figured out the issues. There were rocks in one of the valves, 3 kinked pipes and a few heads had dirt in them. After he was done fixing these issues and setting up all the heads the system worked AMAZING! He was very honest and helpful. We are so pleased how well things worked out. Highly Recommended! Thanks again Vince!

I had got a couple of quotes from a few lawn sprinkler companies but i felt most comfortable with choosing Urban Lawn Sprinklers, an once the project was over I knew i had made the right decision. The job came out amazing and I couldnt be happier Thank you to Vince and his team.

Hi, about a year ago we landscaped our backyard and needed to move our sprinkler heads. I contacted Vince (known him for about 5 years)and he had his team come in and they moved the sprinkler heads, but in the process cut some underground electrical wires. I contacted Vince to let him know and he came with an electrician to look at the problem. The electrician found two problems. Vince promised to correct the problens since they were both related to the work. While one problem was fixed, there was an unkept promise to fix the other. A year later I'm still waiting. I've left messages and have not heard back from anyone. So, although I was satisfied with previous years' service, I'm disappointed with the outcome.
