I recently hired The Weedman and while their responsiveness to my questions and requests are great…I’m very disappointed in the both the effectiveness of their weed control product as well as the attitude of their technician. After the first application, I saw no improvement whatsoever in the amount of weeds so I called back to request another treatment. When the technician showed up the next day to reapply the treatment, my wife commented to him that it was great that he was able to come out so quickly…his response to her was “GOOD FOR YOU” in a very condescending tone. I expected a lot better from a company with such a well-known brand.

I wanted to comment on the service/weed treatment we have had so far, really we have only had two, however, we wanted to thank you. Our grass is looking beautiful, we have to confess that we were somewhat skeptical at first about your product, (we tried other companies that did not work) but we are now becoming believers. We have fewer weeds, which makes our lives that much easier, we are not spending as much time digging weed, we can concentrate on our gardens instead.

Weed Man. Faizan was very friendly, and discussed in detail what was being done. He provided great service. No complaints whatsoever with Faizan. He is definitely an asset to the company.

Your technician, Matt, showed up this afternoon while I was cutting grass. I was in the backyard, edging with the push mower before I got on the rider. Matt came around the house with the big hose in tow and I stopped what I was doing to speak to him. The first words out of his mouth were "Im sorry sir". I (not knowing what spraying he was doing) said that I could get my rider out and be donw the lawn in 15-20 mins and asked him if had any more calls in the area to do. He said that he did have one nearby but then apologized again saying that the treatment he was doing would be affected if I mowed the lawn after he was finished. I agreed with his opinion and decided to stop cutting lawn until after the weekend. After all, I hired your company to kill weeds and Im sure you will be successful. Before I could go back and get my lawn mower to put it away, Matt apologized again. That is CUSTOMER SERVICE. What a great employee you have. I hope that all of your employees are as courteous as Matt and I look forward to seeing him again.

Taylor treated my lawn today. So far my lawn looks green and healthy with the exception of a few dandelions. I do have neglectful neighbors whose weeds may blow onto my property. Keep up the good service!
