    Weed control and fertilzer program

    Weed away was out today to do my spring fertilizer the technician who came out was extremely nice, as I was raking my grass and he did a couple houses down the road and came back so I had the time to finish up. I have been using this company since 2019 and each year I am pleased to rehire them to care for my grass. my lawn is usually weed free and green they always show up after they call the night before which I also like as that’s why I hurried outside this morning to rake the lawn.

    Thanks Weed Away

    Thanks to weed away our lawn has improved over the last couple of seasons of service from them we do not have any weeds and the lawn is nice and green as always. We have recently sold our house, but will be using them at the new property when we get settled in. The lot size is much bigger in fact 2 acres and the company let me know that they can still service with great pricing as they have the machinery for country estates.

    Weed control fertilize

    Ordered a program for my lawn last year just as summer came around the lawn was in trouble and I had always done it by myself. Decided to let weed away do the lawn as everything was closed and couldn’t buy products. I noticed a significant difference from doing the lawn myself and then having weed away do it. This year I have re hired them simply because I was happy with the services and it cost the same roughly and I don’t have to do anything.

    Lawn Care

    Our lawn had a lot of weeds taking over in the summer of 2020 so we hired weed away to take care of the property and it surely improved the yard tremendously. The weeds died out after a couple of sprays and the fertilizer seemed to green up the lawn as well.

    Lawn Care

    Hired Weed Away to take care of my weeds and the lawn really turned around. We thought that we would have to re-sod our backyard but after the treatments, we saw continuous improvement. We are very happy with their services.

    Summer Weed Control

    They are super quick to respond when you ask for a quote, but once Kyle has your money, NO ONE RESPONDS. I spent all summer calling and emailing and NOT ONCE did anyone get back to me. NOT ONCE! Whatever they used for weed control, it doesn't work. Mid to Late summer my lawn was covered in clover or had patches or dead grass/weeds after they sprayed.

    Lawn Care Program that killed my lawn

    The staff will write a report about the lawn health while they are inside there car before even doing the service. I also had a chinch bug infestation and the technician didn't even mention it in his report. I paid for an extra service to treat the chinch bug but after 10 days of the treatment the bugs were still alive and thriving. When I complained to the owner he got upset and hung-up on me. He sent his technician to re-apply the treatment and I closed my file with them. Terrible company with rude owner. I felt that he hired me not the other way. My lawn is half dead now and I have to pay another company to fix it.

    lawn care

    there cinch bug application (nematodes) did not work and my back lawn destroyed what was once a beautiful healthy lawn. Emailed them (which took 10 days to respond) and offered no help to restore. Except step by step instructions. I guess so much for there guarantee to give a beautiful lawn.

    Tons of mushrooms

    From C. Wright. For the last month I have had to pull hundreds of mushrooms from my front lawn on a regular basis. I live in Milton and left a detailed message with Weed A Way and the call was never returned. I called again and explained my situation to the lady and she said she'd get right back to me. Again never heard back from anyone. A week later I called a third time and the man basically said there is nothing they will do but send someone out to look. No one has been by as I continue to pull out mushrooms daily. Very poor customer service!!

    I there sorry you feel this way as we were badly effected with the Covid shut downs and as a small family run company we tried to accommodate and get back to everyone. Mushrooms are occurring naturally and they cause no harm to the lawn other then appearance. With wet conditions and heat the fungus is created and mushrooms will start to grow. They will die off over the winter and most likely will not bother you again in 2021. We do apply lime on all customers to help balance out the ph level in the soil to help with these or minimize situations. Again sorry for the frustration in 2020 with respond time as we had to close multiple times. Any questions please ask for Morgan have a great day!

    Very dissatisfied and disappointed

    Very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service , will not recommend anyone to get their service and it is wasted of money.. waited for so long for their visit, after first visit called so many times when called just got the answer will come according to weather but don’t come and by that time winter will come so just think and read the review before giving them money..
