I decided calling Renato based on the reviews I read. He returned my call ppromptly and arranged for an appointment. When he inspected my current system, he immediately noticed the plenum on my furnace was too small and that my gas meter did not have the capacity for a new furnace. He provided all the required details for Enbridge to upgrade my meter. Renato gave me his recommendation for the best furnace and ac to use..but he also provided other options. Workers were very professional, the job was completed on time and the work area was very clean after the installation. Renato also called me the next day to follow up on the installation and make sure there were no problems or questions. I would definitely recommend Renato.

I discovered Renato and his team from all the positive comments posted on this site. From the very first phone call to Air Heating Plus, I was dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. Renato educated me on the products that would best serve our family and only sold us what we needed. On the day of installation, they were on time, and extremely meticulous in their workmanship throughout the process. After the job was done, they were very through in cleaning up after themselves. You would have never known they had been there. In the following weeks, Renato would call to see how things were and offer any advice. It is very rare these days that you can find a contractor that is as caring and conscientious as Renato and his team. Since the initial install, I’ve had them back to perform other jobs in our home. Our furnace broke down very early Sunday morning and the house was extremely cold. This was a big concern for us since our special needs son was ill with bronchitis. We left a message with Air Heating Plus and within minutes we had a return call. An hour later, the technician, Renato, was at our home to assess the problem. Within less than 24 hours the vent motor was replaced on our furnace and our home was toasty again. Renato was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He went out of his way to get the necessary parts from Oshawa otherwise we would have had to wait 3 extra days for parts. We were charged very fairly especially with it being on a weekend. Renato was a pleasure to work with. We bought and renovated a home built in 1964. Renato arranged everthing from changing our home from oil to gas. He installed a new furnace, airconditioner and humidifier. He updated all the duct work and added gas lines for our stove, fireplace and bbq. His quote was very reasonable and did not change. He was here on time and finished the work quickly. He periodically checks in with us to ensure everything is running smoothly. I would recommend him to everyone.

I needed an HRV for my house due to having an air-tight environment (thus had some stale air and lot of condensation). Called Renato and he came fast with a very good quote for my needs. I chose him over other contractors since he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions with professionalism. The work was done very well and the results are amazing. His crew was very good and they installed the unit as per my requirements, since my furnace room is a little small and wanted to maintain accessibility to the unit. I was also given the choice between several options and I’ve chosen a unit that is newer but more expensive and I don’t regret it. The work was done in a timely manner, a very good clean-up and uncluttered. Renato also did the balancing of the unit so same amount of air should go in and come out. Renato also sealed properly the ductwork that previous contractors didn’t do and I have to thank him for that, too. In short word, this was a very pleasant collaboration and Renato’s work is really professional.

Our furnace stopped running suddenly on Wednesday evening. After a chilly night...I called AirHeatingPlus after reading review on HomeStars.com. It was 8am and Renato answered the phone...and said he could be here within 30 minutes. At 8:28am he was here and about 30 minutes later my furnace was up and running again. Renato was great...very helpful...honest and fair with his price. He also offered to pick up a box of air filters...and delivered those to me later that morning. I will definitely keep Renato on my speed dial for all future problems with my furnace and air conditioner.
