Renato was fantastic! I called him at 7:45 and he was at my house as promised by 9:15. He explained exactly what he was doing and showed me how to operate the furnace as we had just moved in. Without a doubt I would call him again next year or anytime we have any issues.

Came across Renato and AirHeatingPlus on Homestars last year when shopping for a furnace humidifier. I decided to go with him based on the amazing reviews. This morning my furnace was not working and so I gave Renato a call. He drove all the way up to Vaughan on a Sunday morning, arrived within an hour and drove to Oakville and back to get a part. Now if that is not dedication and hard work then I don't know what is. You truly don't find tradesman like him anymore and his customer service is exceptional. I thought I was on a Mike Holmes show on how he wanted to make things right. People this day and age do their research before hiring for services and I hope this review can give you comfort that Renato is a go to guy.

Renato and his team installed our furnace just last week. They were efficient and upfront in what needed to be done without any "hard selling". I especially appreciated the time Renato took in explaining all our options many times until I had a very clear understanding of what needed to be done. We will be using AirHeating Plus for our new AC in the spring. Thanks again Renato!

I woke up to my furnace not firing, I followed all the usual steps but couldn't get it going. I looked to home stars for reviews and found AirHeatingPlus and I'm glad I did! Before Renato even came to take a look he walked me through several other options I may have missed (over the phone) and only after that he needed to come for a service call. It turned out to be a minor problem and just needed a hard reset, and since it was so minor he made sure all the components were cleaned and everything was in good order, he even helped me go online and verify my warranty info for the future. I'd highly recommend him to anyone! thanks Renato!

Renato was great. He was at our house to assess our broken furnace within an hour or two, and returned later that day to replace the broken part. I would highly recommend AirHeatingPlus if you have any issues with your furnace.

When my furnace stopped working in the middle of the night during the recent very low temperatures, I read a number of very positive reviews of AirHeatingPlus so I called Renato about 5am. He returned my call before 7am and was at my house a couple hours later. I ended up having my furnace replaced with a more efficient one, and he started that work by 4pm the same day (was done in 2.5 hours). I was very happy with the quality and promptness of the service and ease of working with him and his associates. When I called to have an adjustment made to the settings, he came the next evening at a convenient time for me after work and adjusted everything to my satisfaction. He followed up multiple times to make sure I was happy and warm. I would not hesitate to call Renato at any time for additional work or advice and recommend him to family, friends and people I work with for the following reasons: - he is prompt and arrives when he says and has adequate availability of time to get the work done quickly - he makes sense in his explanation of the problem and recommendations - you feel your can trust him and his work and you feel comfortable with him in your home - he's very tidy in his work - he goes above and beyond (fixed a couple small extras for me) - he follows up more than once to make sure you are satisfied - I believe his prices are reasonable and competitive Nice meeting you Renato and hope to do work with you again in the future (but hopefully not an emergency next time).

Once again, Renato is "the man" as my furnace was making a terrible noise when I woke up this morning so I called him and he was there in 20 minutes. He gave me options and then had the whole problem solved and fixed within two hours of my initial call. I cannot tell you how much I TRUST this man and I would never consider calling anyone but Renato about hvac issues. He is THE BEST!

Last year our furnace stopped working properly out of nowhere. The analysis showed that the spark for the flame had a problem; thus, our winter nights were spent in cold and was not pleasant at all. These guys recommended a new system that was bound to have no problems under any circumstances. Guess what! They were right and I love the new system!

During the heat wave in the summer of 2012 my a/c wasn't working so I checked out HomeStars for a Heating & A/C company. I came across Air Heating Plus and all their #10 ratings. I read Renato is great, Renato is wonderful, Renato is amazing. Renato, Renato, Renato. Who is this guy and why is he so great? Well... I decided to put him to the test. At 3:00 pm on Friday, 30 degrees outside, of the long weekend I called this so called Renato. At 4:30 he is in my attic checking out my a/c air handler. At 4:45 Renato is delivering the bad news. I need a new six thousand dollar a/c unit. As the blood is rushing from my face, Renato recommends I call another couple of companies for evaluation and quotes. On Saturday morning he called me to see if I was still alive after the sticker shock and recommended a second alternative and again suggested calling other companies for clarification and/or peace of mind. So to make a long story short, I hired him and have to score him a ten or maybe a 9.9 because there is always room for improvement...maybe? Renato and his workmen were fast, efficient, clean, courteous and knowledgeable. There were numerous follow-up calls after the job was completed. Was I satisfied, did I have any questions, was there anything unsatisfactory that he could resolve. Subsequently he has kept in touch through e-mails and/or phone calls just a friendly Hi, how are you. I am his valued customer and in turn he is my valued a/c furnace technician. I called Renato this winter with a furnace problem which he quickly solved. So I am now warm and toasty. I just wanted to say thanks to Renato. It's been a long time since I have encountered a serviceman who really cares about his customers and is rightfully proud of the quality work that he does. Renato provided very convenient service. He came on a Sunday morning and later installed on a Saturday because these days were best for me. (Most other companies only provide M-F for installation.) He arranged for a proper heat loss engineer to come on a Sat. also. The heat loss test showed an 80.000 btu furnace was needed (as Renato had suggested) Two other companies had said 60,000 btu's would be enough. I was so glad to get the more powerful furnace. He was the only person to suggest new wiring from the thermostat to the furnace, as the wiring was 40 to 60 years old. And this was done by an electrician that he arranged. Renato suggested a duct cleaning company that was good and reasonable, and they were. He was careful not to take any ceiling tiles down when running an electrical wire from the panel to the furnace. He also called and waited for Enbridge to come for immediate hookup on that same day even though it was 8pm by the time it was done. He is willing to apply for the O.P.A. rebate for me. (Some small negatives-he said he woud put a grill on the white exhaust pipe to stop small animals and didn't. One other firm suggested this but 2 others and Renato said its not needed. One of his crew broke one one of the two light switches for the basement when pressing down too hard. Renato is coming back in the spring to install the a/c and he said he would fix it then. I believe him and I'm ok with that as I can use the other switch beside it.) So all this work was done for approx $ 800.00 less than the cheapest company (and only a 60,000 btu furnace , no new wiring and no heat loss test) and approx $2,000.00 less than the most expensive quote, also without the 3 extras. (In case I can't enter it I would give a 9.8 out of 10 rating.) I would wholeheartedly recommend Renato. He really gives great service!. And his prices are top notch. Thank you so much Renato!.
