This is the second time that we have used Renato’s services. Like the first time he was very prompt in responding to my call. After inquiring about our situation Renato offered several options. We decided that we want to remove the old AC coil. Knowing that we would like it done soon Renato’s scheduled a service call within couple of days. The work was done very well. We are planning to install a new AC in the summer and we would definitely contact Renato again.

Renato was extremely helpful in helping me find a solution to a very tedious problem involving my tenants. He was informative and knowledgable and we were able to come up with a solution that worked for all involved. I would call him again in second!

Our furnace stopped working during the first cold snap of the Fall. We didn't know where to turn and found Renato's name on the Homestars site. Renato and his colleague did an absolutely fantastic job! They came to our house within hours of our having called him and were really wonderful. He even called us from the road to get more information on our problem so he could ensure that he would have the right parts to install when he arrived. He explained that he wanted to fix our problem on the first visit, not assess the situation and return another day. When he arrived he showed a great deal of concern about our problem and worked extremely quickly and efficiently. After they'd fixed the furnace he took the time to explain everything that had been done and gave us advice on upgrading to a high efficiency furnace in the future. I would absolutely recommend Renato and Air Heating Plus to anyone who has a problem with their furnace. These guys are the real deal.

This is Renato's second visit (first one was for estimate and to make sure that everything would fit). Both times, he was very punctual. Renato and his assistant came in today to install a specialized media filter and humidifier for us. They were both very professional, very knowledgeable and put a lot of care and seemed very meticulous about their work. Renato is very honest, and when you speak to him, you can tell he really cares and takes pride about his work. Very happy with the service I got today, and would not hesitate to recommend AirHeating Plus to anyone. I think that if all tradesmen would put in the effort, knowledge and care that Renato and his men do into their work, nothing would ever break in homes!

After deliberating some time on replacing my old water heater with a new tankless water heater, I finally decided to take the step. My home is an older smaller 1952 bungalow, with a basement unit built in. The benefits not only include an environmentally friendly home, and energy savings, but as it turns out, the elimination of carbon monoxide risk from the home since now both my furnace and water heater are externally vented. In addition, there is no need for a furnace room, so space is freed up. After agreeing on the contract, I met with Renato briefly on the morning of the installation. When I arrived home, I had my new water heater installed, the old water heater and all waste removed from my property, and the space cleaned up very well. Thank you Renato for a great job!

I called Renato after reading several excellent reviews on HomeStars and I wasn't disappointed. He arrived on time and installed my new unit as scheduled. Renato attended at the job himself with two employees. They all did an excellent job. Renato was very friendly and honest. I would definitely recommend him to others. Great job!

Renato was amazing. I called him after our AC died on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of a late summer heat wave. He came over the same day and made several suggestions for replacement units, but recommended a unit that wasn't too expensive and would be appropriate for our furnace and the size of our home. He was very frank, honest and to the point which was great. He came with his crew the very next day and installed the new unit, and I'm now sitting in my (cool!) home just 24hrs later. Thank you so much! Would definitely call him again with any other HVAC work.

The furnace and thermostat weren't working and I wanted to get them fixed before fall. I called Renato and he was available in a few days. (He later called back when an appointment became available the next day, concerned that I might need A/C sooner; I hadn't been using it so wasn't in a hurry, but I appreciated that anyway.) He showed up when he said he would and checked everything, answering all my questions in a friendly manner, explaining what needed to be fixed and why. I needed a new thermostat and motherboard in the furnace, as well as coolant in the A/C, which he and Kostas checked to make sure it was running properly. Everything is working well now.

Renato was very prompt coming to my house and quickly determined the issue with my A/C. Our A/C is working better than ever! Renato is great - he gets right to the point. He tells you his honest opinion - even if that means purchasing less equipment from him. I recommend Renato for all your heating + cooling needs.

My AC was blowing warm air when I got home from work. Called Renato the next day and he was willing to come over in an hour. He came over at end of day due to my schedule, diagnosed a dead capacitor and within an hour had my ac blowing cold. Thank you for your help Renato. Would definitely use again and recommend to my family and friends.
