Renato maintained excellent communication before and during the installation process. He kept to the budget and while the AC has only been in place for a few days, everything is working perfectly and we couldn't be happier with the how the installation went.

Renato, aside from being a funny, and charming character, is reliable and professional. He and Slavic installed a new AC unit in no time flat and gave us all kinds of useful and important advice and information about our other appliances. I would recommend them to anyone.

We are looking to finish our basement. Hence wanted to get a gas line for kitchen and bbq installed, plus move the ducts so as to reduce the bulkheads and boxes in the ceiling. Renato arrived as promised, reviewed and said he would get Slavic to measure for the ductwork. My fireplace was not working and I mentioned this to Renato. Immediately he opened it up and made it work at no cost. Also, they noticed that the tankless water connecting pipe was not the proper size. Renato asked me to call the National Home guys and get it fixed. I did, and they immediately came to fix it (since what they had done was not in line with the building code). Second visit, again Renato and Slavic arrived as promised and gave me a quote. For installation they arrived at 840am(supposed to be 9am). They stayed till 8pm and finished the work. Couple of other names I called did not show up at all (or where they showed up after 4 followups, did not give me a quote as they promised they would within 2 days of their visit). Renato and Slavic are reliable and do a thorough job.

Had to call a GOODMAN Authorized dealer to come and rewire the furnace and thermostat after it was wrongly wired. Call to Renato in summer when experiencing issues turned out to be fruitless as i was told that there was no problem. Initially, Renato and crew were excellent and as described by most but the way future issues were handled have made me come back and update my review. We were in the market for a new furnace and AC. Regrettably it was an emergency in the winter which required us to replace our furnace with another company. The process was not a good one until I came across with Renato at HomeStars. Renato came to our home within the hour to assess and provide us with an estimate for a new AC. The thing that impressed me most with Renato and Air Heating Plus was the fact that the company and its employees are honest. From the moment I contacted Renato, he provided good and knowledgeable advice, timely service, and most of all honest opinions. He was very helpful in submitting the OPA rebates and followed up with us after the job was complete. Having moved in to the house in 2010, I can say that Renato has been the contractor whom I have been most impressed with. I would recommend Renato and Air Plus Heating. We recently contracted Renato and Airheating Plus to install a new Goodman furnace in our home in Brampton. Working through the quote process was painful. We were inundated with sales pitches on using the rebate program available, and found that all the companies would come in and try to sell only one type of furnace, based on the government rebate. We were not interested in this but they paid no heed. Renato however listed to what we were telling him, and offered a viable option which we took. His work was second to none, he was friendly, helpful, and most of all reliable. I read many many reviews that described how important it was that not only the furnace be of good quality but also the party who installs it. I am more than confident that Renato is the right guy for the job in the regard. We will be contact Renato and Airheating Plus to have some AC work done in the spring. Trust me when I say, you are in good hands with Renato. Call him for your HVAC needs before you call anyone else!

Renato and Slavic (Superman) were great!! Excellent work tuning up my furnace and installing a humidifier. They were courteous, professional and looked after the best interests of my family giving me honest advice and feedback. They deliver a great product and service at extremely competitive prices (I did my research). I will not hesitate to use them again for any future service or to install a filter when my budget allows it. I have already told my friends and family about Renato and Company!

This company delivers on its estimate & what you read in the reviews is what you get: excellent service, good workmanship, and an easy company to work with. They even bought an extra-large pizza lunch and insisted on feeding us! More importantly, they got the job done quickly so our heat could be back on as soon as possible. Renato and his crew were exactly what other reviewers have described; they give a competitive quote but the service (to date) has been well above average. They did a nice job with the installation and will be following up to make sure that the AC runs well as we get closer to warmer weather. I'm happy to have found a company with good service & good prices (the last company I used for furnace tune up and repair had decent service but really made us pay extra for it!)

These guys are great. They always answer the phone and take time to respond to all our questions. They're very accommodating--they installed our new furnace on a weekend because we were "red tagged" and our gas was going to be shut off. They came to our house to give us an estimate and then the same two guys came and expertly, efficiently and quickly installed our new furnace at a very reasonable rate. No sub-contractors, no salesmen--just the owner and his partner answering the phone, giving estimates and installing. They also fill out all the paperwork and make it easy to get the available rebates. We will definitely use these guys again for our ageing Air Conditioner and Water Heater. We've already strongly recommended Air Heating Plus to a few people and they'd be foolish not to use them. We would have given them a 10 rating but we didn't want it to go to Renato's head ;)Thanks guys, our house is nice and toasty!!

Renato and Slavic replaced my furnace with a Goodman and my water heater with a new rental unit, all in one day. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I had a problem with the furnace due to a flawed part from the manufacturer, but Renato quickly replaced it with a new and better one by the next day. He's always on time (and often early) and shows he really cares about his customers. Highly recommended.
