We were also very pleased to know that Renato not only quoted us, but he did the work himself. This way we were always dealing with the same person. Renato provided excellent service when we needed new furnace installed. He was the only one who committed to exact time for a visit, was right on time, and provided clear quote and guarantee on work and furnace. Installation was completed in a record time. Overall, the whole process was amazingly smooth compared to my dealings with other contractors. I have no hesitation to recommend Renato to anybody needing furnace or air conditioning repair or installation.

We needed our air conditioning unit moved so the back yard could be graded. We got quotes from several different places on homestars and otherwise. Renato was more than willing to come out and check out what needed to be done and seemed genuinely interested in doing the job for us, at the best price we could afford. Renato was always on top of communication with us about when he would be onsite to do the job, balancing what he could do with what we wanted. On site, he was methodical, professional and courteous. The service was great! Great prices. I will recommend them to everyone. I have called Renato for emergency repair and he arrived within a few hours to investigate and he repaired. Furnace was up and running without problem recurring. Renato, unlike larger contractors/companies, braved the freezing cold temp to get to us ~ we had no heat. I cannot thank him enough! Highly recommend this company. Very dependable and he knows what he is doing.

It is only 2 days since the work was carried out so I can't review the longevity of the work! However here are some points that, in my opinion, make this a company well worth giving your business to: * The guys who came to my house were great problem solvers. * Renato, the main main, seems passionate about getting you what you want - at a fair price. * You're getting the personal touch of a owner/operator business but factory warranties mean you aren't exposed to the risks of using a small firm. * I watched the entire install over their shoulders, the work was carried out with competence AND methodically. * Used their knowledge & experience in a very professional manner (no bending the building codes with these guys). OK, here are some details ... Problem solving: I was on really tight budget. Renato suggested we just replaced the evaporator coils in the AC rather than buy a whole new unit. Give us a year or three to save for the new one. Less money for him but he knows we'll use him for the new one when the time comes! Trying to install a chimney liner we found bricks had been dropped down the chimney. Unexpected work but problem was fixed without adding to the bill. We had difficulty routing the new pipes required for high efficiency furnaces and both Renato & Slavic spent time listening to what was important to me. At no point were they willing to bend the building code to route where I wanted but we came up with a great compromise. At the end of a long day one small part of the finishing touches looked rushed. I pointed it out and it was put right without a second thought, word or ill will. Air con. fixed. Furnace installed. All tested & place left clean. Nice work fellas!

After getting quotes from various companies on HomeStars, Renato provided the best price. He also told me that I didn't need a multi-head unit for my 1-bedroom 800 sq. ft. space, that the cool air would diffuse into the bedroom which it has been doing beautifully. I've had it now for a week and it exceeds my expectations, and the unit is unnoticably quiet. Renato and his assistant Slavic installed a Mitsubishi ductless AC for me. He was very thorough and honest in explaining his initial quote up to the final installation. Being reliable as he is, he called when he was going to be late, showed up on time according to an agreed schedule and followed up to make sure I was a satisfied customer. The work was done according to the quote, carried out diligently and premises were left spotless. The price was very fair. As promised, the AC runs very quietly. Do call Renato should you have any needs for an A/C. If all contractors offered such excellent service, there would be no need for Homestars.com!

I would like to Thank to Renato for his dedication as my AC had just broken down and went over the options I had... I decided to purchase a NEW AC which was installed the falling day. I commend a company that has value's and understands the customer. Once again thankd Renato in installing my AC so quickly.

Renato and his assistant installed an American Standard furnace for us. He took time to explain what he was doing from the initial quote to the final installation. Work was carried out with no fuss and the basement was left spotless (better than when he started). He even changed the filter on our humidifier for free when he was out to do his initial quote. The price was very fair (unlike some local Oakville outfits) and he left us with everything we need to do the rebate claims. When our A/C needs replacing we will certainly call him first.
