Century home with deterioration of foundation cement wall, mostly on the outside. Work was done efficiently and with care inside and outside, and the worksite was cleaned up. I received the reference from a friend who was extremely pleased with her foundation replacement and water proofing by this company. I will also be pleased to recommend Otto’s Masonry to others.

We need tuck-point repairs on some bricks in front of the house as well as our chimney. Otto's team showed up on time, were meticulous in their work and cleaned up so well you could not tell they had been there. They were professional, polite and friendly. The work was amazing - you cannot tell that repair work was done. Otto Masonry is the only masonry company we will ever use and we highly recommend them.

The process was very fast and simple. Email sent to company - salesman/estimator was in contact within a few days with an estimate and yen that work started few days later. Everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable My parents used Otto Masonary about 10 years ago to fix their chimney. The work was very good and parents were happy 10 years ago. Overall. We had demolition and re build of our chimney. The crew of three started on time and worked non stop all day. They were very professional, polite and accommodating Very pleased with the work and the clean up. Also very considerate of our neighbours. I will recommend 100%. Thank you !!!

Good work. Lost a star because they misquoted the first time, but even with the correction, they were still reasonably priced when compared to other companies quotes. I wasn't home when they finished so they came back another day to check the chimney and clean it out and make sure everything was working. The yard was cleaned up, no bits of brick or anything left behind. Great job guys.

Extremely professional and pleasant people. After site review, received quotation from Otto. Within a few days work commenced. Eckhard did the work. Very careful, thorough, and experienced. Really knew what he was doing. Replaced some crumbling blocks; repaired prior, inferior work; refinished the entire porch. Outstanding results. Walls are true and straight. Porch is permanently solid.

Otto’s came and repaired the stone outside my home very quickly, did a great job, and cleaned up fully afterwards. Eduardo and his helper were very polite and friendly. I’m very pleased with their work.
