I needed to get the quote to tuckpoint the part of the exterior wall above the garage. Otto's Masonry were very responsive and made an exception for me and were able to come the next day for the estimate. Brian came in time, was very professional and explained everything using simple language that everybody could understand. The quote was reasonable and easy to read as well. Would definetely recommend this company to my friends and family as well as save the contact for my future needs.

Our front steps were falling apart and their degradation had posed a safety risk. We contacted Otto's and they sent in an estimator within a week or so of our request. The estimator was very knowledgeable and kind. We reached an agreement, made a deposit and had a contractor come in about two weeks later and do a PHENOMENAL job in a day. The steps look phenomenal and we are getting compliments from our neighbors. Most importantly, they are safe. A lovely lady stopped by our place to pick up the cheque, and that was it. Highly recommended! My only piece of advice to anyone doing renovations such as this, is to make sure that you and the estimator are on the same page. We had a bit of a miscommunication which caused some confusion. But, we sorted things out. Otto's, please do your best to make sure that your clients understand EXACTLY what they are paying for. Providing images in the estimate would have been very helpful.

Father and son did the work - very professional - did not damage the trees around the landing - left the front tidy at the end of the day and it looks brilliant. Would definitely recommend Otto's and will use them in the future.

The brickwork on an approximately 100-year-old property had deteriorated badly over the years, and Otto's did an excellent job of the reparging, repointing & brick replacement needed. We picked them after seeking quotes from 4 other highly reviewed masonry companies, and would definitely do so again. The whole team we dealt with was great: Bryan was thorough & responsive when providing the quote, and then the masons (Eddie & Manuel) did an exceptional job. They were friendly, conscientious, and put in extra hours to get the whole job done early – easily one of the best experiences I've had bringing in trades to work, friends included.

I called this company based on other reviews. They responded quickly and had someone at the house quoting one day later. I received the estimate promptly which I deemed as reasonable. A couple of weeks later, Eckhart arrived to do the work and thoughtfully planned how to rebuild our steps. He brought all the necessary materials and re-constructed them in 3 days beautifully. They look like new. We were very pleased from start to finish. We highly recommend Otto's Masonry and will call them again for other work.

Great quality, effort, punctuality and politeness. Would recommend. Tricky site to put up scaffolding for roof access that they made look simple.

Otto’s fixed crumbling brick at our front step and retaining wall. Their mason Damion is a true craftsman with brick and takes great pride in his work. He also did a very nice clean up after a very dusty job. Thank you again.

My front porch steps were badly made during the previous owners occupancy and they were actually disintegrating. I found Otto's Masonry on Homestars due to their high ratings from reviews and and the price for their work was reasonable. They came within a day to do an inspection and give me a quote for the demolition and reconstruction of the steps (including digging down and making a proper foundation) as well as repairs to my brick pillars that were missing bricks. Once I had agreed to the quote they were on the job within a week (weather finally cooperated). Although I didn't actually see them due to my schedule, the work was done in a timely manner and the finished product looks perfect. It took about a week (Wed-Tues) and at each step they made sure the area was clean and safe. My neighbour who was home and monitoring the work was also impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. They even managed to match the bricks perfectly so that you can't easily point out where the damage was. I was in contact with the company via phone and email throughout the process and they made the process stress-free. I am very happy with the finished product.
