Highly Recommended Masonry Services
In the spring, I noticed a troubling leak in my basement, and upon closer inspection, it was clear that the culprit was a compromised section of the brick and cement foundation on the side of my house. I reached out to Otto's Masonry, and I couldnt be more pleased with the decision. From the outset, John reviewed the site and evaluated the quote. He was the epitome of professionalism. He arrived promptly for the assessment, thoroughly inspected the damage, and provided a clear, detailed explanation of the necessary repairs. His quote was fair, and he gave a realistic timeline for the work to be completed. The repair process was smooth and unobtrusive. Eckhard worked diligently over two days, removing the damaged bricks with care and skillfully applying the new cement foundation. He paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that the new section blended seamlessly with the existing structure. Most importantly, the quality of the work was exceptional. Since the repair, weve run a water test and Im relieved to report that the basement has remained dry. Moreover the side of the house looks as good as new. I highly recommend Otto's Masonry for any masonry needs. Their friendliness, expertise, and commitment to my satisfaction were top tier. If youre facing any masonry issues, they're the team to call.

Chimney and Brick replacement
The chimney on our 100 year old house was in bad repair. In addition some of the bricks in an exterior wall were crumbling. Two of our neighbours recommended Otto's Masonry. We are very happy with the work that Otto's crew did on our house. The estimator came out when he said he would, the work crew showed up when they said they would. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. The crew were very professional. They set up scaffolding to reach the roof and worked safely. They cleaned the area thoroughly when finished. As they had to use our neighbour's driveway to work from we really appreciated their care and concern. An excellent job with great service and our chimney and wall look amazing.

Chimney and brick Repair
Brian, the estimator arrived the next day after I called for service. A team arrived to leave a scaffold at the job site right after I agreed for the project. The team came back the next morning to begin work. The project was completed and cleaned up in 10 hours within the same day. I was very please with the works. I have no hesitation recommending Otto's Masonry.

Chimney Rebuild
Our stuccoed chimney was literally crumbling. We contacted Otto's Masonry and they provided a detailed quote with images. They were friendly and knowledgeable and followed up with additional details about the job. The work was done well and the communication was amazing. I would highly recommend them!

Front Porch Stepsister
Ottos team replaced a porch that was almost 20 years old. The work was completed as scheduled, with no delays. The onsite team kept me informed about the work, they cleaned up the site each day before leaving. We are very happy with the the work done and the new porch looks great.

Back Yard Patio and Parking Pad - A Stellar Experience
I had an exceptional experience with Otto's Masonry. They fulfilled every request I made and even managed to come in under the initial estimate. Everyone on the team was polite and accommodating, offering sensible alternatives that enhanced the project. The final result exceeded my expectations. Otto, the owner, was frequently on-site to review and make necessary adjustments. Marvin and Ramón were dedicated, handling numerous last-minute changes I requested without any hesitation. Nish expertly managed the retaining wall. The office staff, Maryanna and Marie-Jo, were incredibly professional and efficient. One noteworthy observation was the pride each team member took in their work. This pride was evident in the quality of the job. The rest of the team included Boochi, Raman, Carlos, and Alex, all of whom were outstanding in their roles. The fact that I remember all their names speaks volumes about the positive impression they left. I highly recommend Otto's Masonry for any project.

Wonderful job on our porch!
We had a great experience working with Otto's Masonry for some work on our porch. The crew did efficient & accurate work and we are incredibly pleased with the result! Would highly recommend working with them for all your masonry needs.

Rebuilding Window Wells, Replacing Interlocking Stones
We are very pleased by the recent work on our property completed by Kris and Raphael. We needed two window wells and some interlocking stones rebuilt from the stones that we had saved after we had some waterproofing work done by another company. Kris and Raphael did a beautiful job figuring out how to put the stones back together, which was quite the puzzle and kept the area tidy throughout. We would definitely use this company again in the future. Thank you Kris and Raphael!

Repair of vandalized outer brick wall
The outer brick wall of our 112-year-old home was vandalized. Mario from Otto's Masonry was prompt, quick, and expert in restoring the wall, making the damage indistinguishable. And the price was right!
