This is the 2nd time I have used Handy in less than a year. Our current issues are our dishwasher and stove are not working. Alex, the technician identified the problem and we are now waiting for the parts to arrive. I spoke to Anastasia and Chris regarding the cost of the parts and labour. All 3 individuals have been kind, respectful and helpful. I am looking forward to finally using our dishwasher and oven. I would not hesitate using Handy Appliances again in the future.

I am very pleased with everyone at Handy Appliance, especially my sales person Lawrence and the owner Rocky. Thank you for working together with my Miele built-in kitchen cabinet. Deep and Joti arrived to replace our oven on time. When pulling out the old oven, I wanted to clean the floor underneath and they told me to take as much time as needed. They measured all doorways prior to bringing the new oven in and taking the old out, as opposed to other companies winging it and scratching walls and doorways. They were very polite and made small talk. They made sure everything was assembled properly, all the tape was off the oven, and that all the elements worked properly. It was a seamless transition and took no longer than 15 minutes.

I was very happy with the service I received at Handy Appliances. We needed a temporary gas oven until we redo our kitchen and I found one at the perfect price. The service at Handy and the delivery was excellent. The delivery guys even let my 2 year son "help" install the oven with his own tool belt, making him one very happy little boy. I would fully recommend this company.

Handy Appliances has a very competent and professional crew. They cut the costs of my fridge repair by half by finding a used part instead of ordering a new one. Lawrence recommended the best electric fridge for us, checked all the options for possible repairs. Deep and Joti removed the old range without any damage to the floor and the stairs. They also gracefully waited for our cleaning to install the new range. Big thanks for everyone!

Manj and Deep arrived on time (a bit early, in fact), were very friendly and installed everything with little fuss or mess, and in about 10 minutes. They were also patient with letting me empty out the new fridge first.

Chris quickly helped me identify the bulbs I needed inside my fridge and freezer (turned out I needed three different types), placed the order and took my payment, all over the phone. Within the estimated time, I was called to pick up the bulbs. All items were checked by Chris at pickup time to ensure there were no issues.
