I tried to order a Samsung door switch from a Handy competitor and they were not able to get the product. Very happy that Handy Appliances could order the product in for me at a great price. When I picked up the door switch, Anastasia was helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will deal with Handy Appliances again and would highly recommend them to others.

Deep & Manji installed my stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer in a fast and efficient manner. They got right down to business and were done in no time. We bought our appliances during the Boxing Day sale and got them installed on Feb 4th. Rocky and Lawrence were very helpful in selecting our new Frigidaire refrigerator and stove for a rental suite at a price better than the big stores. Manjinder and Joti took good care in delivering the appliances through a narrow doorway. They took out the packaging, assembled the necessary components and made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left. We look forward to doing business with Handy again!

Received the part I needed promptly - they saved me both time and money in finding a rare difficult to find part in a short time so that I was able to repair my microwave instead of needing to replace the entire appliance. Would not hesitate to go to them again in the future.

Deep and Manj were very kind and helpful, especially when they realized that I worked during they day. They arranged to deliver my appliance once I was home from work. I really appreciated being accommodated. They were also very quick, and left no mess. I highly recommend this company.

Lawrence @ Handy was exceptional in helping find a refrigerator that fits our house and the options that we want on our fridge. He confirmed measurements with us regarding where it will be put in as well as the door, stair area, etc. where it will pass through to get to the kitchen to ensure it would fit on delivery. I would buy from Lawrence again! He is very helpful.

Handy Appliance is a great company to work with. I mostly communicate with Anastasia via email and phone conversations and she provides excellent customer service. She replies and follows up with my inquiries in a timely fashion. If she is not around, other staff are also very helpful. We have been using Handy Appliance for two years and I would definitely recommend them!

Exceptional customer service. Was running late when Deep called to say they would be there in 5 minutes. Even though it was their last delivery of the day they were willing to wait an extra half hour for drop off time.. Upon deliver door opened the wrong way. No problem, they switched it and had everything done in minutes. Good job Deep & Taj.

Outstanding!!! Lawrence is very knowledgeable w.r.t. all different kind of products. Pros n Cons of different models are clearly explained to me so I can make informed decisions according to my own needs. Pricing was very reasonable and competitive when compared with other companies. I didn't feel at any time pressured to make a purchase. Service provided post-purchase (i.e. delivery and follow-up) was excellent. I highly recommend anyone with a reno project needing appliances to look up Lawrence for a feel-good-after-purchase experience that otherwise can make reno projects stressful and unpleasant.
