i am the building manager @ Killarney Gardens. We have dealt with Handy Appliances for the past two years. I find them to be great to deal with with fast polite service. Rocky responds to my superviser's request to send out our appliances quickly and deliver guy (Deep) is polite with our tenants and always goes out of way to make our delivery perfect.

Our fridge fan suddenly broke close to 5Pm. Chris took my call and went out of his way to look for the fan considering it was near closing time. Hfound the fan in stock and even waited until I got there. Without his effort, all my food would have perished. Best customer service ever! Other stores would refuse when they are closing for the day!

I work as the maintenance manager at a high rise apartment building in downtown Vancouver. I have been a customer of Handy Appliances Ltd. for the last six years. Rocky, you’ve got a good crew and I’ve enjoyed watching it change and grow over the course of a long, sound, working relationship. These days I usually see Roger and Gary for service calls, Martin does installations, and Lawrence handles my purchases in the sales department. Lawrence recently helped me to find a new washer/dryer perfectly suited for one of my tenants and he was able to do so at a competitive price. It arrived right on time, just when he said it would, and he already arranged to have Martin come by for the installation at the end of this week. Now that's Handy!

Roger was great and efficient. Called me in the morning to advise of schedule and arrived as promised. Knew the problem right away and installed the probe required. Fridge no longer leaking and he cleared the plugged drain. Thank you! Have and will continue to recommend Handy to others.

Our oven was getting too old and Manj helped a lot, and was very great at what he was doing, did a terrific job. We are very grateful. The job was done with professionalism and great time management. All was done perfectly and it has made a big difference in cooking and baking. thank you sooo much

This time I went Handy Appliances for a broken fridge shelf that I have to replace. The guys there was very helpful and patient, help me find the right one and ordered it. it came on time as promised. Will definitely be back in the future.

Chris in parts was fast and accurate. I saw the same part online for a bit less, but needed it asap and they had it. So there you go. Invoice Q000020206

With 8 suites on the go there's always something! If Chris, in parts, with his patience and resourcefulness can't help me nurse an appliance back to health then the rest of the guys will always find a reasonable replacement.

My old freezer broke down so I purchased a new one from these guys. It surprised me with how much care they put into installing the new freezer, making sure the temperature and lights worked before leaving. I am pleased with their service.

I am very satisfied with service Got my order on time as committed at the time of sale. The delivery guy name deep was very nice. Phoned me half hour prior to get at the place and delivery was done very professionally.
