Retractable Awning
From making the initial sales appointment to the installation, the service was very detailed, on time and courteous. The awning looks great, but we haven't had the chance to use and enjoy it - we look forward to it in summer 2020.

Awnings
Hello, I am very pleased with my awnings and the workers and salespeople who helped me achieve my desired goal. They were quick and professional. The work was well done and the employees were very nice.

Patio Awning - Highly Recommend

Awning
I love my Rolltec awning! The sales representative I dealt with, Nick, was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. He came and did the measurements and gave me several options that would suit my needs. The awning was made and installed in less time than anticipated. The installers were friendly, efficient and very professional. The same goes for the office staff. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!!

New Deck awning
The salesperson, Ronan was kind, informative and very helpful. We ordered.. The installation was on time and done efficiently and well. The crew was good and pleasant. We love our new awning!

Awning on our back deck
Went to showroom in Concord. The gentlemen was very nice and patience with me and my husband. I showed him pictures of where we wanted to place the awning. He ordered it for us. The gentlemen who installed it was very nice, professional. Awning is installed. Works well, looks good but I really should of had them come out and measure for it. It still does not block the sun in the late afternoon which is why we needed an awning in the first place. After having it installed I realized that it should of been at least two feet wider and maybe a bit lower. This is not their doing - they did as I requested. If unsure, ask for a house visit.

Thank you for your review. I just want to let you know that the angle of the awning can be changed and the front can be lowered. As for the side, there is an option of adding a side curtain to block the sun from the side.

Awning purchase and install
Terrific service both on the front end (sales) and back end ( installation). The friendly service and help that we received from Nick made our decision to purchase the roller awning so much easier. The guys who installed the awning were quick and professional. No mess and no fuss. And the best part is that the awning is beautiful and made our back patio much cooler! Great work everyone.

Patio Awning
Needed coverage over the dining area for our patio. We just added a pool to our backyard and completed landscaping, so we didn't want any obtrusive posts dug into our new stone, as well as didn't want to give up the space required to do such. The awning was a perfect solution as we were able to customize our size and we can have as much sun or as little sun as we want/need at any given time. Rolltec was very professional, lead time was exactly what was quoted, I didn't have to chase anyone for an installation date, installers were in and out and very knowledgeable, and ensured we knew all required usage and maintenance info before leaving.

Awning for 3rd floor drck
Rolltec is a company that is very easy to work with. Dave came by two times to answer all our questions and to measure. He was also very responsive to our emailed questions. The awning was made, delivered and installed within the stated timeframes. The installation team were helpful and professional. Everything was easy. That makes me happy. I’d recommend Rolltec without hesitation.

Just had our third Rolltec awning installed...and love it!
This is our third awning from Rolltec and we couldn't be more pleased! Our first one was about 25 years ago and we have never had a problem with any of them. They easily last 12 to 13 years...and that's without a cover. The guys who came and retrieved the old one and then returned with the new one were great! Very helpful and very friendly. We have only good things to say about dealing with Rolltec. Our only wish is that they open a showroom in Mississauga so we would have a shorter drive ;)
