After our original awning (circa 1975) finally needed to be retired, we called Rolltec after reading their great reviews on HomeStar. Unfortunately, our order was impacted by the company's closure due to COVID-19 but there thrilled to have it so quickly delivered once they were able to begin installations once again. The crew arrived in masks and exercised social distancing during the install. The whole installation went very smoothly. We love our new awning. A great investment considering that it will be the summer of the staycation. Thanks!

At our previous home we installed an awning from Rolltec in 2001. It worked extremely well until we sold our home in 2019. For our new home, we needed an awning and umbrella. Rolltec has provided a beautiful awning and "Sunbrella". Very clean and quality installation. Thank you!

After years of deciding how to add some shade to our deck we found Rolltec and we were excited to see they had a roof mounting option. After contacting them online we had quick replies and straight forward answers to our questions. It didn't take us long to go ahead and place an order. When the awning showed up, sooner then expected, it was well packaged and protected. The installation was straightforward and easy (other then the weight, it is a little heavier then expected) the awning is well built and sturdy and is exactly what we have been looking for. Don't hesitate to order from Rolltec. You will be more then pleased with their customer service, knowledge, and product.

We have senior dogs that like to sit on our deck. We needed to protect them from the elements and the Rolltec Awning was the perfect solution. It was well priced, the installation was professional and the installers great. Not only are my dogs protected, but I feel like my deck has become a new room for us! Thank you!

For many years, we had a gazebo on our back deck. However, the days of us going up a 12' ladder to put up the cover every Spring are over. We purchased a 18'X10' awning and are delighted with the ease of operation, its look and effectiveness. Everyone we dealt with were professional, helpful and courteous. When we moved and renovated our home in Thornbury 11 years ago we needed sun protection on our south facing deck. We called on the local Rolltec Installer who did a great job. We use our rear deck all the time and the awning is out most of the spring, summer and fall season. It needed replacement this year (2020) and we thought we might do the install ourselves. After discussion with the Rolltec team in Vaughn we decided to bring the awning assembly to their facility and pay them to do the removal of the old material and install of the new material. We had difficulty finding a suitable material replacement and called on Rolltec for suggestions and they came up with a fabric that was not on the website. The fabric recommendation was perfect and we could not be happier with Rolltec's customer service!

Dealing with this company was a pleasure from the start. Being in a condo development we had no choice than to deal with Rolltec. The corporation could not have chosen a better company to deal with. From Nick the salesperson who came to the house to measure and do the paper work to the office staff and installers .........all were extremely pleasurable to do business with. You felt like you had known all of them for some time and were very good friends. Very pleasant. Would certainly recommend this company . Now all we need is some sun to try out the awning. I've yet to come deal with a company like Rolltec. From the Sales Person David, to the Service Specialist Isaac and to the Office Manager Helen, you guys are unbelievable in every way, your patience, your experienced professionalism and your customer service are OUTSTANDING. The product itself is great; sturdy and beautiful. We are enjoying every minute of it. ONLY ROLLTEC!!!

Our decision to get a large retractable awning, for our patio, during this mid summer was made easy .A visit to your very pleasant showroom combined to the advice and information provided by Nick were valuable and convincing .During the home visit he answered all of our questions and made sure the installation would be done in the best conditions.
