    Awning purchase and installation

    We installed an awning in our west-facing backyard and have loved it. It was actually the first thing we did upon gaining possession of our new home. Our rep Nick was great and presented us all the options and installation was on time and it looks and works great. Price was a bit high but we view it as an investment provided we take care of it.

    City Terrace Awning

    Excellent costumer service. Helen handled a glitched with the delivery promptly and with our best interests at heart. Professional installers. Pleasant experience. Great product, it created an intimate outdoor room to our home in the city.

    Awning

    Great prompt service. Very professional when dealing with clients. Installers were very personable. They answered all questions, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up all garbage. Would highly recommended Rolltec and their services.

    Love my new awning!

    This is the second time I have used this company. This time I ordered a remote control operator and am very happy with the ease of function. The selection of fabrics for the awning was great, Showroom staff were pleasant and knowledgeable, and installation of awning was perfect. Happy that product is manufactured in Canada.

    20 x 12 awning w power

    I selected this company mainly because they manufacture their own product in Vaughan. I believe they would be better able to deal with any issues that might arise. Sales guy Nick was knowledgable and very helpful. No nonsense approach to pricing which was competitive. Delivery was bang on time and install crew arrived ahead of schedule. Very impressed with install, particularly the very secure method of bracket installation. No hesitation in recommending this company

    Purchased Awning with installation

    Excellent service. Very prompt and professional. Responded immediately to our request had a person visit us and in three weeks we had the awning of our choice installed. We strongly recommend Rolltec to any potential customers for Awning and installation.

    awning replacement

    The company that installed our original awning more than 15 years ago is no longer in business and we turned to Rolltec. We're extremely pleased with our new awning. Looks great and the service from Rolltec was excellent.

    Large deck awning for our house

    The Rolltec people were knowledgeable, on time and responsive. The awning size that was recommended was perfect and the quality of the product and choices of patterns/colors outstanding. It was installed on June 21 and we had our first deck party on June 22 partially to celebrate the new awning and to be able to sit out side on a hot sunny day!

    Replace material and gears on awning

    Rolltec removed the current awning (a large one), replaced the material and gears, and re-installed. They are pleasant to deal with, on time and the work and quality is great. Thanks Helen.
