    Lovely awning and excellent service

    Everyone at Rolltec has been a pleasure to deal with throughout this process. A person came out to show us some fabric samples and provide more information, and we had no pressure to confirm our order at that time which was nice. We connected with the office after that for our order and to set up installation. Timeline from order to install was about 4 weeks, precisely as we were told from the beginning. Our new awning looks great, and installation was handled on time and done within a very reasonable time frame.

    awning installed

    We had a beautiful awning installed. Professional people, great service. Salesperson offered great advice. Installers were clean and speedy. They arrived when they said they would. Love the work and would use them again any time

    Awning

    Great company! Salesman was very knowledgeable Installers came on time and did a great job. From start to finish this company knows their business well and I will highly recommend RollteC Awnings to anyone liking to get a great awning.

    Installation of 2 awnings

    Great product and pleasant efficient installers. The ROLLTEC Retractable Awning is a great product; multiple colour options are available. We chose the power option however you can save a few hundred dollars with the manual control

    Wish more companies were like this

    It was a pleasure doing business with Rolltec, from start to finish. Nice showroom, and Roman was helpful but pushy at all. Rolltec was the first awning company we visited, and after visiting three others, we wound up ordering with Rolltec as none of the others came close to impressing us as they had. I asked Roman if we could get a fabric swatch to help when choosing a sofa for beneath the awning, and one was in the mail the next day. I believe he answered all my emails within an hour, even when they were sent in the evening. We were disappointed to hear that installation was going to be pushed back a week, due to the number of rainy days we've had this Spring, but Rose managed to get installers here within a few days, in the end. They showed up exactly on time, did the job quickly and efficiently, and it looks great. Everyone worked together to ensure our satisfaction, and it's obvious why this company is so highly rated.

    Our Second Rolltec Awning!

    We just had Oscar and David (I think correct names) install a new awning. They were great - efficient, tidy, and pleasant. Nick, our sales man, was helpful and knowledgable, and Helen in the office great. The awning is lovely. We also have an almost 15 year old rolltec awning at our cottage. It still works smoothly and reliably and looks fabulous. I highly recommend rolltec awnings and the head office staff in Concord!

    Happy with the sales and installation service

    Very happy with ervices provided by both Nick and Mark. The choices were plenty so it was easy to pick the clour we like. I am sure we will enjoy the benefit brought in with the product.

    Great work, professional, efficient and on time

    Excellent job. The installers cleaned up after themselves, quick, professional and the whole job was executed perfectly from sales to instal. We love the work Rolltec did and neighbours can’t say enough about how great the house looks. Thanks Rolltec!

    Great install

    Oscar and David did an amazing job with our install, they arrived within the approximate time window and it took less time than expected. Their attention to detail was fantastic and they were respectful of the property when moving equipment and doing the install. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install an awning for shade coverage. It is easy to use and looks great, with a great warrantee.

    Outstanding

    Great product....... we have had our Rolltec awning for 19 years far exceeding our expectations ! Countless hours of family use ... simply time to renew and going back to Rolltec once again . The staff from 19 years ago are still there as well . Says a lot.
