    Reno project Dunhill

    This is the second time working with Maple Leaf (Jensen specifically) for our reno project. They are fantastic to deal with, always have great recommendations for product and also carry products we can't find anywhere else. There isn't really another option for our flooring and tile in my opinion!

    Flooring

    We had chosen some hardwood with Maple Leaf but when we got it to the house the product didn't look as expected based on the sample provided by the hardwood company. Maple Leaf's customer service was amazing as they came back and picked up the hardwood and switched it out free of charge. They were excellent at helping us to get new product delivered on time for our project schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Because were family owned and operated we only work with the best suppliers because when we run into problems with materials we need to know our suppliers will back us up and take care of things promptly

    Flooring - Carpet

    We have ordered our carpet for our upstairs and basement from Calgary Maple Leaf Flooring LTD and we have been very pleased with the service and the quality of product. I would recommend this company.

    Full Ensuite Bathroom Tile

    The team was very helpful and attentive in store, Jensen took care of us and followed through with the entire job. Their installers are skilled, meticulous and were every respectful of our newborn in the house and did all their grinding outside. Followed up with any deficiencies to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone Scope of work - 130+ sq ft master en-suite floor tiles w/ Schulter Ditra infloor heating, floor to ceiling wall tiling, back splashes in two other bathrooms and installed carpet in the master bedroom.

    Basement Flood Restoration

    Fantastic experience with Jensen and the Maple Leaf Flooring team. After being struck with the Chestermere summer flood we were fortunate enough to find fantastic contractors to get everything put back together, including Maple Leaf Flooring. Our carpet and lino (which looks totally like hardwood but is much better in the even of another flood) were installed quickly and professionally. We were happy with the entire experience. Will be using them again shortly for more flooring projects.

    Replaced carpet

    We needed to replace our old carpet in time for a wedding and Maple Leaf did it no problem (less than a month's time). They have great service - another reason why we chose them. The only thing I would have to say would have made this a better experience is if they were able to move the furniture in addition to the installation. The installation was done very well and quality was great. We have no complaints. The carpet was beautiful! I would recommend them to anyone

    Thanks for this review Jessica. Furniture can sometimes be an issue because of the potential risk it can cause while being moved. We definitely try to provide this service most of the time but sometimes with expensive or fragile items we just cant take the risk because we would hate to damage an irreplaceable item by accident

    main floor hardwood

    The hardwood floor is beautiful but we have waited 4 months for flush wood floor vents ordered and paid Nov 5th. There is zero customer service or follow-up and they make a lot of excuses and I cannot trust them now

    Hi Brenda, Were very sorry to have let you down like this! Flushmount vents are always special order so sometimes they can take a lot longer than expected. We have spoken to our vendors and sales staff about this and will ensure it doesn't happen again.

    New carpet for stairs

    Their prices are better than anywhere we shopped for the same carpet. The installer was quick friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait too long to get my carpet.

    Wall Tiles

    Went to more than dozen stores in search of the perfect wall tiles for my kitchen renovation. Was in search of something different that would make a statement. Found a few styles that I loved here as the selection was quite large and there was a lot of variety. Of course, I did find many styles that I had seen elsewhere. The person who helped us was very helpful, answered all our questions, made valuable suggestions and left us alone when we needed to discuss. Definitely didn't feel pressured. Very good experience overall. My only complaint would be that it sometimes took a long time to get assistance as there were 1 of 2 staff and they needed to help other customers, handle transactions and answer phones. We also had to go to another location in the south to pick up tiles as we needed them earlier than when they would be available at this location.

We totally understand that choosing flooring is a long process so that is why we never pressure a customer into a purchase.     Carpet installation

    The owner of Maple Leaf Flooring is very experience and responsible, he would give you estimate of the work, their price is reasoonable. He would arrange a contractor to do the work. He would make sure the job was done well. Good services & friendly staff. I would recommend anyone to Maple Leaf Flooring.
